You know what I realized today

Cena's lyrics in his theme are him shooting

probably obvious but pretty hilarious now that I'm actually listening to them with intent

The best thing about IMPACT this upcoming week is that it is Live(ish) so we don't know if Joker Sting will be in the arena that night!

AAA coming to El Rey Network in 2014 (From the Observer)

The long discussed movement of AAA to the U.S. was announced officially as a joint venture between Mark Burnett of Survivor fame and Robert Rodriguez of the El Rey Network by Scott Sassa, the Vice Chairman of El Rey Network. Sassa, one of the major power brokers at TBS when wrestling was on that station, announced a one hour television show that would debut during the second half of this year.

One Three Media, run by Burnett, would partner with Lucha Libre AAA, run by Joaquin and Dorian Roldan. Burnett said this was a long-term commitment to bring Mexico's No. 2 sport into the U.S.market. They have a storyline in place, with the idea of building both prime time television specials on the network and PPV shows.

What's wrong with that? Is overstaying one's welcome ever objective?

In the sense that pro wrestling is about drawing money, it is objective that the vast majority of fans still want to see The Rock in wrestling matches. If you say he's stayed his welcome with you, fine, but otherwise, you're implying a fact that simply isn't true.

Jericho is very different from 2000. His heel style was nothing like he was then. The problem with him now is that he's phoning it in clearly. He's also turned into a jackass. The idea of him being a "rock star" has taken over his mind. He always talks about how drunk he is in every interview, and how many parties he attends. He finally gets to do a few tours and hang out with some rock stars, and he wants to do what they were doing when they were 25. Getting drunk, getting dumb tattoos. You missed your chance, Chris. Even Zakk Wylde doesn't drink anymore. You're 43, Chris. It's over. Go home.

Lol that's so harsh, but incredibly true.

Last night Evolve 26 had a hot crowd of about 200 people....tonight in Jacksonville, they're in a venue that has one or two rows of space around the ring and maybe 50 people are there....still a hot crowd though.

Guys, if you're ever going to an indie show and can't find streamers to throw at the wrestlers, please....for the love of god....don't buy yarn.

Is Evolve the company that started as a way over the top this is real and we take ourselves very seriously type?

Yeah, but they dropped the whole sports presentation a while back. Now it's just Dragon gate USA with more FIP wrestlers in the mix and very little Japanese involvement.
