If all you see in that cover is M C H G then this album isn't for you. Peer through the four windows and reflect on: your existence, earth, civilisation and camelus dromedarius specio.

recognize the dualities that are reflected in the black letters and cross over the white backgrounds

note the significance of the off-center letters. that shows our rebellion against the conventions of the time. #newrules

hahahahah. you should write for pitchfork or the needle drop.

So you want Jay to copy Kanye's style then?

Pls keep that lame hypebeast shit away from Jay albums.
I think you quoted the wrong post.

Castle music = WTT

Pretty much anything is better than the MCHG cover. And PYREX shit is ass but DONDA puts in work.

I want a mid 90s No LImit style cover.

A mainstream artist definitely needs to do a throwback to that style.

"A traditional rap album" is a diss now? I'd rather listen to traditional rap than stuff made for critics in a rushed and panicked fashion.

The worst albums are Kingdom Come, then Vol. 2. Blueprint 2 is hiding around there somewhere, too.

Blueprint 2 is always one of those albums that people say is bad but I've never understood the hate. I love it and don't think it contains any filler.

I don't think I've disliked any of Jay's albums when they dropped.

Just that only a couple are truly timeless/holds up well years later.

Every album has at least a song or two that I can rock to right now though.

Honestly I expect an album called Magna Carta Fucking Holy Grail to have some king shit/castle music esque album artwork. Throw some DONDA PYREX shit all over it, something.

Same could be said for an album called Yeezus. I wanted some controversial Jesus type imagery there :/

Jay-Z Adds Two More Songs To Magna Carta Holy Grail
New Rules continue to change the landscape of what is shaping up to be Jay-Z’s thirteenth album Magna Carta Holy Grail. Originally the track list was 15 songs long but I was told on Sunday from a very reliable source that there are two songs being added to the final version of the album.

Of course you want to know what songs have been added, right? Well here goes –– Crown which features and is produced by Travi$ Scott as well as Somewhere In America which is also produced by Travi$ Scott.

Keep in mind, La Flame mentioned in an interview at the BET awards that he had been in the studio with Hov and alluded that they would have something done together soon. This seems to line up with what I’ve been exclusively told. Check out the lyrics below in the mean time.

Magna Carta Holy Grail will be available to Samsung Galaxy users on July 4th and in stores July 9th.

UPDATE: Travi$ Scott confirms what we reported.

No audio in sight :(

don't most apps do that?

anyway, there's a 16 year old chick w/ a beat on the album. that's winning. she also did Travis Scott's Uptown.

I can't believe nothing has leaked. On the other side of that, as soon as it's up for Samsung people it'll be everywhere.

Hope it's solid.
