Back to basics, bitches... make good games, not GAAS trash filled with multiple genders outta tiktok and awfully done characters no one would dare to use to avoid second hand embarrassment

Just remember kids: “Concord doesn’t own you, You own Concord!” 🧐

And Concord also “owns” other Sony MP titles! 😉
Actually Sony owns Concord.

They auto-refunded all copies asap hoping it's buried for good. Basically modern day version of ET. The only difference is Sony buried digital copies, while Atari buried their physical copies. lol

In a weird way, Concord might be one of the more important games of this generation.

Just show how bias gaming journalism have become.

Is does like Concord surpass the E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial burial case, but they don't want to talk about Concord as much as we did.

Much of the Concord flop discussion was from foruns and youtubers. They pretty much ignore or don't want to dicuss the flop consequences.

Either they don't want to give gasoline to us or they are holding hands with those modern devs.

starting a few projects and see what sticks is a sound strategy imho, but all of them should have been canceled in earlier stages when there was no real stable faith in the core ideas and when one public flop already brings the whole move to a halt.

Naughty Dog really dodged a bullet by cancelling The Last of Us multiplayer game. Many including me criticised them for cancelling it but it might have been the best decision they could have made. I'm sure the IP would have helped and but its harder to succeed if its not free to play.

I doubt the problem here is being free to play. Specially on Concords case.

Just make good games with no storefronts. Let me purchase the game, earn cool things through the story and extra time put in.

They have pushed so hard to take every penny just like every other company in gaming and have ruined any good will I had and enjoyed, while im
Sure there are plenty of others who feel the same way.

As I make the title. We actually had some insightful threads at the time.

Thank you for the vindication brother.

Only 24% of people in the poll actually believed that Concord's failure would be the catalyst of the Sony live service change.

It's amazing to me how Sony has made this many blunders in regards to their own studios, it's almost rivaling M$ now. I think in some ways... It's worse.
