Thanks everyone for the feedback on my question!

Is that confirmed? They have such different styles and yet they sound so good together, shit could be really special.

I dunno, the posse tracks are my least favorite. I love each and everyone of those guys..just not on the same track.

First listen done, will need a few more to decide whether it's better than section 80. Money Trees is amazing and in the context of the album I didn't dislike Compton like before but I still don't love it.

The perfect album wouldn't be all of them on every song. Their duos are all amazing...

Btw, isn't it crazy that the year's top 10 will probably have 3 albums from the same crew. When was he last time we had that? Last I remember is during Wu's prime...

Odd future fans would say Odd Future and I'd disagree, but go on.

Finally reached Money Trees. Can I possibly be antecipating a Jay Rock album? I never thought it would be possible...

Black Boy Fly shouldn't have been a bonus track everyone needs to hear that. Reminds me of an Eminem song but I can't put my finger on which one.

bitch, dont kill my vibe

my god

SOUNWAVE YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO DO IT TO EM

backseat freestyle beat is crazyyy

but kendrick do it the justice it needed, still crazy tho

holy shit @ the new version of Art of Peer Pressure

not really feeling this album so far, it just isn't on the level of section 80 so far. Or HNC or Control System.

it has a whole different sound than section 80 so far.

Section 80 had a very have jazzy influence to a lot of the tracks

Jay Rock on money treesssssss

Backstreet Freestyle is going to set off so many alarms.

I like that its as early as it is in the album. I originally wasnt feeling that but now i like it a lot more, probably should have used my headphones first time i heard it.

I may get use to it, it is only my first listen so just got to Swimming Pools and so far MAAD City has been the standout for me. Poetic Justice was alright, same with Money Trees. I may warm up to it so we shall see.

It's so weird how I wasn't feeling Backseat Freestyle when it released a few days ago but now I'm digging it.

I could still do without the "BIOOTTCH OKAY"

Poetic Justice is a downer for me, not that I don't enjoy it, just ehh

Perfect feature for Drake though

GOOD KID

i don't know I like it and I often think Drake makes horrible music. This is different though it wasn't a shameful pop song pretending to be hip hop song. It was just a good song about women and drake stayed in his lane by just rapping about women. No singing, no annoying hook, just music.

Haven't made it completely through yet, but fuck does this album bang. Can't wait til opinions change greatly in a week like Section 80. Kendrick's music grows on you rather than initially clicking imo

the first part of m.A.A.D city fucking bangs.

Makes you catch the holy ghost and shit.

Second part is good too...but when it drops I'm gonna have to split them up so I can replay the first part.

goddam

Going to give it a listen, hopefully I like it more than Section.80. Section.80 was serviceable, but I was too busy jamming to the superior Follow Me Home to care.

The second part of mAAd City... that beat. Holy fuck. I'd love to hear all of Black Hippy on that one. That is dying for a posse cut... it'll never happen though.

theres a podcast out I think on Itunes of an interview with Kendrick, and he said he didn't want any Bonus tracks

guess he didn't get his way

Black boy fly >

Really, really liked Kendrick's hook on Poetic Justice. Makes me sad that I can't seem to stand Swimming Pool's.
