From what I hear (I'll be playing it myself in about an hour and a half), it's best if you stick with the default sensitivity and get used to it. But yeah, this is a different style of game than Halo, COD4, or really any other popular shooter. Much harder to hit your targets, and that's by design. It's supposed to be hard.
