ok just got 30 kills with a sniper in a game and didn't get a Sniper ribbon? WTF
Is it per round for the sniper ribbon? None of them fucking specify whether it's per round or per game. They're either different or some of them just aren't fucking working.

I almost beat the SP this weekend on hard.
I did jump in the MP for a couple games, although not for long enough periods of time though. I'm glad I stuck with the SP more first. I'm also glad I played it on hard. I have a feeling it's helped coach me through learning the aiming. Anyway ... I think I'm pretty much at the very end of the game. It's been pretty epic so far. The story is OK. It's not amazing, but it's not bad either. The level of intensity is top notch though. Sooo many moments in the SP that just amazed me. I wanted to stop an look around so much more then I got to do.
Anyway ... hopefully I can beat the SP tonight. Then I can start tackling the MP.

I think I would actually buy mech games if they looked and played like the mech section of this SP. Soooo much fun.

SO can you play with bots online or not? I've read mixed things...
Wow. The M4 revolver is awesome. Everyone needs to do themselves a service and do the 10 handgun kills/game x 8 in order to get it. It's probably my favorite weapon in the game, and will prove very valuable to me once I unlock Scout, and need it to make some kills on the way to where I'll set up shop to snipe people at.
Does anyone else hate the 'Pyrrhus rise' map? It's way to big, and open for anyone not a Scout to be useful. Especially if there are no tacticians, you wind up running from your side all the way to the other side and valuable time getting objectives done or kills is wasted. Easily the worst map of the bunch. Such a throwaway.

Me and a friend have been trying to work out a way to be on the same team when he joins a game. What's the best way to do this? Everytime I create one without faction balance it ends up that no one joins. As far as I know there is no faction balance filter in the browser. Any advice?

Playing on normal, so far just fine for me for the first playthrough. I die here and there, but not often enough to get frustrated. I've got as far as the entrance to the academy I think? So far, I think crossing the bridge, and the first portion of the first level have impressed me the most. Especially the bridge. Sounds cheesy and like an unnecessary hyperbole but those two spots felt literally like playing some super-huge budget war movie. It's amazing how much they nailed core mechanics, visuals and enemy AI here. There's rarely that sometimes happens that throws you out of the experienceZeliard said:
I actually played Uncharted demo a bit right after last nights KZ2 session, to see how the graphics match up and all. While I doubt I'll like KZ2 as a game overall as much (I'm really very fond of all things Uncharted), it all felt so much more innocent for the lack of better word. Probably for the best given the theme but it was just kinda funny how much of a contrast it was, despite the fact that you technically shoot at bad guys in both games.

Disagree, for 32 people, its great...some of the maps are too small for 32 people. I've been joining 'medium size' games, find them more enjoyable at the moment since I can't aim worth a shit...yet. I played 3 100kill body counts last night in a row on a 20 player large map and I actually ended all three with a +1 KD ratio...FINALLY.

God ... I thought last Friday was hard. I wanted to go home and play badly. Now that I'm pretty much at the very end of the SP and have dipped my toes into the MP, I'm pretty much screwed this Monday at work. I wanted to call in sick and now that I"m here, I want to leave early.

I played a couple of hours in the Neogaf BELIEVE server last night, man some awesome matches we had, i was liquidsnk_mx btw. I have to say that after almost 4 hours of online play i finally feel like i am in control of my actions, it takes a while to get used to the controls but once you do it's great.
Fucking love the game especially the fact that you can be playing for 40+ minutes nonstop, no lobbies or anything.
Warzone rocks.

Only played for about an hour online so far (concentrating on SP) but i am loving it, only thing is I suck!!!!
Theres been more than enough said about the slightly sluggish/realistic (depending on your view!) controls but i do find teamkills hard to avoid at times especially when your getting used to it. Is there a no TK mode?!

Hey guyz a little help. I have reached the general star and i am getting the badges regularly.
But for some reason I dont even have a single one for a Mission specific:
Capture and Hold Defend Specialist - 10 mission points earned by capturing a point
I have tried every possible way and i cant get a single ribbon for this event ^^^^
Any help please

Ok something is wrong here.. my game FROZE twice on me =(. It froze once then i went back and eventually a few minutes later it froze again. I unlocked the medal to have the health packs to use for the other classes but it wont let me choose that and somehow i got the assault secondary badge before unlock assault class.
I kinda wish they could have done an open sight on that one. Make it kind of like an AK 47 sight, or with how the old STA 14 model looked with it's sight.GodofWine said:
@ Squids- I think what it does is that it allows you to start mixing with the medic badge other unlocked secondaries. I could be wrong though.

While holding a position you have to kill any enemies in your area to gain mission points.

I figure if you're a squad leader you need to treat yourself as more of a mobile spawn point to keep your team close to an objective. As soon as I get the medic health pack ability I'll do it more, and try to just provide support.
