Lustboy and bjerg are the best things tsm has going for them.

I hope tsm pulls through. They were getting hot for awhile there. We need a great NA team.
 
Bjergsen needs another team. Lustboy's alright, but Dyrus has plateaued for some time and Wildturtle/Santorin have been wildly inconsistent (Santorin has been outright bad several games this split).

TSM's issues are solvable, they just need to actually do it.

Have Bjerg stop being a diva.
Lock Turtle and Keith in a room with a knife and put whoever gets out alive in the starting roster.
Tell Santorin to step his shit up unless he wants to play in EU again.
 
Was watching Froggen stream last night and his Anivia is something else. I've seen top Koreans play her many times, but nothing like this. He makes her look so broken.

Just played a Tristana match, first time trying since her rework and holy shit that's fun. I've never seen another champion just annihilate towers like her.
 
Someone let me have nautilus support today, got double flash down at like level 2 so everyone came after bot, Katarina roamed all game on us getting kills here and there. after the feeding settled down and we actually started teamfighting phase, Katarina thought she could scarra up the place with her resets. Turns out she does scarra it up, as I ult her of her ult along with 3+ more members of her team pretty much every teamfight consecutively and we pull through almost every time. GGs glad to be carried, when you 5man bot all game and my shen is 3-5 levels above everyone.
 
Wow I actually managed to talk a Gangplank rager down. He complained his back hurt from carrying our sorry team (lol). I complained that every Gangplank I met has been negative but I dont care as long as I can get carried to the win. Since I'm still green I cant help but suck. Team laughs and we win. And gangplank apologies. Wow. And to think the team was trying to surrender too

L12 now. Starting to get a lot more kills and making more plays.

Yeah, you're going to meet alot of uh, interesting people playing through it. It's interesting really. When I played 5 years ago the community wasn't as big, you see, now that it boasts such a huge community, it's gotten a bit of a stereotype that it's a toxic one. I mean, that stereotype isn't wrong, but it's not that bad.

Most Tahm's use him incorrectly, particularly his W. The only Tahm I've played who genuinely impressed used his W to negate a fed diver or used it offensively to delivery their biggest threat right into us to start the fight. He also frequently used W as an AoE skillshot, essentially running up to us, slap us with Q, grab a minion and spit it at whomever he landed Q on. Very effective lane pressure.

If you're in the teamfight stage and your mispositioned carry gets bursted down and you have to blow your W for the save, odds are he's dead anyways. I get why every Tahm feels obliged to save them though, the amount of whinning "Tahm no W me report nonsense" would eventually get to anyone. Tahm's W is just like Guardian Angel in that way. If you suck at positioning GA's worthless, ditto Tahm's W.
 
I've been having a lot of fun lately playing Jungle. Specifically with Xin Zhao and using Devourer. Not the best Xin player, but very fun to play as.

Tahm has a 95% slow if he devours so he can't deliver their biggest threat "right into us to start the fight", instead being barely able to move at all while giving the enemy free invincibility. Plus, because 3 stacks plus devour, even if he instantly lands a Q and an autoattack, he can't do it at the start of the fight. He has to be able to sit melee range long enough for two autoattacks, or have a fight dance going on for 5+ seconds.

Q can be negated by any minion, similar to Blitzcrank grab, so I'm not convinced it can give reliable pressure. W spit likewise stops on any contact, plus it means you're defensively weak while it's down.

Now I'm saying all of the above as a bronze/silver player so obviously my opinions have caveats, but I do think there's been some a reasonable breakdown of why Tahm's kit isn't very good in general, at least with the numbers right now. I can try to dig it up if anyone wants.


Another issue is that a lot of players may not even realize how his speedboost and teammate devour works. You can do things like speedboost a jungler into lane, but that (for example) 40% speedboost attacking or 20% speedboost running away is lost for both players if someone randomly clicks and spits out in 2 seconds instead of 4. Plus, the random clicking will probably make them spit out in the wrong direction, potentially killing them instantly and wasting the entire save and escape sequence.

I come back and see my whole team dead with the enemy team starting baron.

i'd be pretty surprised if viktor doesn't get a nerf soon, i really like him but he straight out feels like he deals way more damage than he should. like just now even in a losing game in which i did pretty terrible i outdamaged everyone else

also i really liked roa on ori, did roa->deathcap->morello->guise->rylais->liandrys and i thought it was a pretty awful build lol. roa is not enough for mana and not having void staff makes you deal pretty much no damage late game so would probably skip either rylais or liandrys next time, tho i really enjoyed having like 3.5k health lol

gonna try roa->deathcap->void staff next time heh

worse thing i've seen my tahm friend do is repeatedly eat enemies that are tanking turret. his reasoning is w deals lots of damage but he saves them every time lol

Woops missed this, but i'd be down

Finally decided to play on my main again, back to diamond. Pretty anticlimactic too. Just breezed right through, not even the usual ragers/trolls. Didn't even die my last game.

Tell that to Syndra

IMO it's more likely that Viktor will have his power shifted around instead of straight up nerfs. Remove some E damage and put it back on the second hit of his Q, for example.

Viktor Q damage is already insane with Lich Bane. They'll nerf his passive if anything. It gives him way too many stats.

God forbid ppl start building Seraph's on him combined with the 500 mana from his hexcore. My math might be off, but that's something like 320 ability power from just those 2 items. Then add in the buffed Deathcap and it gets even scarier...
 
Viktor's Q is "better" balance wise because you have to put yourself in auto range to use the proc. His E just lets you throw it out and walk away since it'll go the full range anyways.

But yeah, maybe his augments are a bit too strong with the new Deathcap. He gets almost 400 AP with it.
