I wouldn't mind knowing what kinda gym routine you do, actually o_o. With all the soccer I play, my cardio is really strong, but I could use some more strength/power.. Not to mention toning up a bit o_o

I do everything.

Monday: Legs - Squat, leg press, leg curl, leg extension, and lunges.
Tuesday: Chest - bench press, incline press, decline press, flys, etc.
Wed: Break from weight lifting. I usually do 5K jogging if I'm not too tired.
Thursday: Shoulder - shoulder press, lateral raise, reverse flys, arnold press.
Friday: Back - Chin ups, one-armed dumbell row, seated cable rows, bent-over rows.
Saturday: Clean ups - Biceps, triceps, and occasionally some more Shoulder.
Sun: Stuffing my face day.

Well, on the one hand, I'm curious about my progress from others' POV. OTOH, I hate having my pictures taken and until recently (and I'm still somewhat am) I am quite an introvert so.....

I used to do deadlift on Friday with the rest of my Back exercises. But then I injured myself a few months ago. So I'm kind of in the ... cautious mode for now. I'm trying to avoid it for the time being. Will probably do it again with lighter weight in a few weeks.

The funny thing was, I didn't injure my back. I pulled my chest/shoulder muscle due to the weights being too heavy was my guess. My shoulder has always been my weakest point so I tend to overtrain it at times. Maybe that's also what caused it. :/ But yeah, I want bigger shoulder so I don't want to risk further injury now that it's getting better.

Also, I forgot to mention that the stuffing your face part is as important as the weight lifting. By that I didn't mean go and eat KFC every day but eat a lot of good food if you are underweight. I personally can do with a better diet too.

Try going heavy with your chest exercise. Forget the 10 reps and try heavier weights but smaller reps. 6-8 maybe? And if necessary even 3-5 reps but really heavy weights. Someone like Darth Wufei can probably give you a better instruction since he's got MASSIVE chests.

But what about lube lmao like ouch

And in your last set, try to lift non-stop from heavy weights with little reps, then medium with medium reps, then light with lots of reps until you can't lift anymore.

I don't listen to many female artists -- Cibo Matto recently released a good album, and tune-yards released an excellent one. All three are a few of my favorite artists, though.

Haha my legs/ass are definitely much bigger than the average soccer player.. But my torso is very "soccer" looking.

Dissenting opinion/NSFW description of successful, replicable lubeless anal sex.

I'm a trans* women who tops, in a long-term (open) relationship with another mtf whose bottoming skills are absolutely fantastic. Comparatively it is the riskiest practice, but there's no risk-free sex, so just be extra careful. Always.

Do starting strength (check out fitgaf for more in depth info) Starting strength is basically doing heavy weights for 5 reps. I've been doing in for a couple months now, and I'm proud of the gains I have made. The best thing about starting strength is you do squats three times a week which really helps builds that ass.
