Yep, long gone are the ea who put out deadspace, mass effect 2, and mirrors edge. The ea now is only interested in customers who will buy virtual trading cards

The writing was on the wall when GTA V abandoned single-player content because of all the idiots that play GTA online.

In 5 years, most big publishers will have half their studios making crackpot content for shills. It is what it is.

Bad pun aside, live services games are here to stay. Truly sad times because games aren't getting cheaper either despite the bloated landscape of F2P games everywhere.
