It makes my blood boil seeing the sports world lose concentration (Credit to UFC on putting out shows during these times) and I'm not specifically targeting the MLB, NFL or NBA but we are getting athletes losing focus, calling out athletes. What do you think sports GAF are athletes too attached to politics these days?

Entertainers and academics have always overstepped their fields of expertise to play Moralist and Political Pundit.

On rare occasion it works but usually it's just sloppy-thirds of some other politician's or pundit's opinion.

Truth be told, I think sports would provide a good break for people in these stressful time. I just feel that the most outspoken players support politics that defy logic until you realize they are also financially driven.

Players that divert their time and focus on things other than their craft give players that stay focused a better chance to win some games. Sportsmen can talk now, but once they go back to playing some games they can't spend too much time on anything else if they want to win.
