I have been doing some light excersizing in the last 2 months and i've noticed that my upper body is finally taking shape. But my stomach, hip, and thighs are pratically the same as before, which i consider as huge! So can anyone recommend a good way to slim down my stomach, hip and thighs? im only willin to put in a 1hr max. i currently weight close to 200lbs, 5'7", and im a waist size of 36". im not really fat, i have more like a "square" body. i'll really appreciate the help and recommendations.
