There's no way the final chapter can be depressing, right guys?!

RIGHT?!

Say it ain't so.

After the end of Molester Man there's a fairly long epilogue of sorts. I hope they release that with the rest on New Year's.

I .... I don't know what to do with this information.

Shit hit the fan. Really hard.

I got shivers down my spine when I finished chapter 17. I need more of this.

I would laugh my ass off if 20 was Molester hooking up with Kansai and the epilogue was Molester getting dumped a month later.

Final chapter coming on new years is kinda depressing but hey its complete. Plus what ignis says about a lengthy epilogue of sorts is really intriguing as well.

Short non porn doujin Hiroe made for c83 (R of Blacklagoon.). It's short but great.

Nice one Molester. Though in all honesty I stilldon't see where he was wrong, or selfish, or mean to loli, or a jerk...

I don't think he felt he was in the wrong. He's just being brutally honest with Loli and himself and at the same time he's using the tried and true method of deflecting blame on to himself, and for good reason.

What I got from all this is that Loli got upset and angry at being rejected and took it out on her best friend out of frustration. I imagine she was planning on dressing down Molester but he beat her to the punch. So not only does he come out looking like the bigger man for absolving responsibility, he's also directly telling Loli "Hey, I'm the one who rejected you, so I'm the one you should have been mad at from the start. Give it a rest." At least that's how I saw it.

I'm not sure what the fuck she wanted Kansai to say to her anyways when she told Kansai that she was into Molester.

I'm half expecting for the epilogue to be "We dated for a few weeks. I haven't seen any of them since."

Then the helpless romantic in me chimes in with a "NO STILL TOGETHER BEEN TWO YEARS" or something.

I'm not sure what the fuck she wanted Kansai to say to her anyways when she told Kansai that she was into Molester.

I guess, to Loli, she pictures it as "I told Kansai I liked you but then she took you for herself." Kind of ignoring when Molester fell for Kansai and basically everything else besides "I like him." I really can't put Loli in a good light in any of this, really.

Yeah I know about that, just he was accused of being selfish and acting like a total jerk by Loli and Kansai, however, in the way we saw it, and it was presented to us, he actually acted pretty gallantly.
I mean, yeah he tried to peek during the shower (letting her go into the shower was the worst thing he did, which isn't THAT bad). However he was honest with her, gave her the most satisfactory reason and understandable reason as to why he couldn't go out with her, and didn't take advantage of her. I mean the guy refused a free fuck.

Yet he doesn't deny it, even admit to being selfish just because he didn't want to be with a random girl but the girl he loves. I guess it's due to a certain difference in relationship or how to handle people between Japan and France.

At least that's the way I saw it.

Loli to me is the selfish one and crappy friend, it's basically like "ok I can't have him, neither can you because it hurts my feelings" and "I'm gonna make you feel shitty for falling in love with someone else" and everybody still try to spare her feelings and make her looks like the victim.

The first 10 pages almost gave me a heart attack. That was some intense, stressful prep scene if there ever was one. God damn.

Anyway yeah, extreme bossage everywhere. I can now see where Loli was coming from and I can imagine what happened behind his back so far.

What I don't understand is why he said "yes" when she asked if he wants them to make up just so he could date Kansai. I mean, I can understand if that's how he felt, but he clearly didn't. Immediately after he said he's half-given up and minutes later he told her he's done and left. So obviously, he DIDN'T just do it so he could date Kansai, he did it so they could genuinely make up. It's like he said "yes" just because it was an unconventional answer.

I'm also a bit bummed that he didn't mention to Loli that she's a tad to blame too. Her advances were somewhat.. unreasonable. He's more at fault for how he dealt with it, but you get what I mean.

He was cool as hell there. I'm curious to VIP's reaction to the last boss fight.

Anyways, I plan to release the last chapter on New Year's, even if it might be done earlier.

A big variable was that Kansai didn't say anything to Loli about her own feelings despite Loli telling her hers. In her mind Kansai hid that fact from her, and decided to go for Molester herself after he rejected Loli. She didn't know that Molester was the one who went to Kansai because of her own deal with him (and that Kansai had no clue he's going for her till then).

Epilogue - "She found Sachiko and it ended"

Molester Man 5

This is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo boring. It wouldn't even be so bad if each chapter didn't have a billion panels with 2 billion words each. Maybe I'll just read this at work or something.

He said yes because saying "no" or "I don't know" would have been a red carpet invitation for Loli to take the offensive and given his personality that's basically Game Over. And it's not like he was lying, he was still clinging to the hope that he could fix things and everything would be all better.

As for the second point, I can't say if Molester truly felt Loli was blameless or whether he was intentionally absolving all blame to stand up for Kansai, but either way trying to attack Loli directly was unnecessary. One of the nuances of arguing is that you want to generate a desirable outcome rather than pursue the single minded goal of "being right". Sometimes that means just conceding even when it's not justified for the greater good. In this case it works even better since, if the last few pages are any indication, Loli was able to realize her own faults in this matter on her own without having to be directly confronted with it.

Or maybe I'm just reading too much into a silly romance doujin based on a 2ch thread :p

The text messages dump at each chapter have been too tedious to go through and likewise for the walls of text dialogues, but I think the story is interesting enough to keep reading.

Which is part of Molester's point in his speech to Loli; Kansai didn't say anything about herself FOR her sake. Loli just fucking everything up!

The situation between Molester/Kansai/Loli probably comes across less ambiguous in the manga/Molester's retelling in the 2ch thread than it happened in real life, I imagine. So there's that.

Epilogue - "She found Sachiko and it ended"

Better Epilogue - "She found Sachiko and three-way happened."

Best Epilogue - "Waiter end."

The text message dumps at the end between Molester and Kansai were the best parts of the early chapters to me :(

I get you I get you, yeah. The way it went down definitely worked out, so the "for the sake of the end goal" angle works out. I can roll, definitely.

I'm just saying, I think he could've made it work with a "no" and a tiny "you did go at me kinda fast so I freaked out, sorry", but you're right that it would've blown more wind on the tower of cards.

Because it's the truth, though. "Yes, I hope you two resolving your problems helps me out. Even if I've decided it may be pointless and I'm willing to give up like she said I should." He very clearly wanted to sort things out for himself as well at some level. Not necessarily his primary goal but it was there at least a little.
Plus, best answer anyway!

I'm also a bit bummed that he didn't mention to Loli that she's a tad to blame too. Her advances were somewhat.. unreasonable. He's more at fault for how he dealt with it, but you get what I mean.

Honestly feels like just adding fuel to the fire, as it were.

He said yes, and then everything he said after it sounded like a bullshit retraction where he pretended to give a shit about anything Loli thought. To be fair, I wouldn't have given a shit what Loli thought since her entire irritation at Kansai was bullshit in the first place.

Diplomacy is a skill too you know!

Molester Man 20

Molester handled it better than I thought. I was a bit weird to see Loli being all cheerful when he arrived and I really couldn't stand her attitude. Playing a game, because the person you invited couldn't start talking? Really? That kinda made me hate her.

The argument itself was fine, except that he shouldn't have backtracked so much.

She's a totally flighty person. I know lots of people just like her, down to the fighting over guys she only vaguely gives a shit about.

Fap Note ain't got shooting, and that was a heartwarming piece of awesome. This is just zzzzzzzzzzzz. Hope it gets better.

It does. The first 5 chapters are kind of awkward due to focusing on Ms. Understanding who isn't actually all that important in terms of the plot.

Stop complaining, keep reading. The story isn't about Miss Undie and the focus will switch soon enough.

It just made me mad. She invited him over at her place, because she wanted to talk to him as well and instead of starting the conversation, she just went out to buy some food. What the fuck. I'm glad that Molester left her speechless at the door. Loli is easily the worst of the girls. Undie might be a bit slow and misleading, but at least she's good at heart.

It was also pretty ironic that she called him out for being selfish, just after she mentioned that she already got a new boyfriend and kinda made clear that the whole drama wasn't necessary anymore.

She's just one of those flighty idiots that doesn't think about anything very deeply. It was a weird boss encounter for sure.

I wonder how many MangaGAF dorks are going to be sitting around their computer on NYE waiting for a 6 year old doujin chapter instead of doing something else.

Are you saying there are more important things than getting the final chapter of Molester Man and sharing all the feels with this wonderful group of people you never met in your life?

Really, Grimace?

This is even funnier, considering that some of us are in different time zones. People would get shit-faced and discuss the potential outcome, smashing their heads in, while others are still waiting and watching from the sidelines.

This willl be the only time I ever say this in my life, but...thank god for time zones.
