Dance Subaru is exactly what you are looking for. It's an incredible manga just oozing with passion.

Ashita no Ousama is pretty good and has the same sort of subject matter.

Helter Skelter delivers a thousand times over on the insane people going through hell part, but she isn't really doing it for her are so much as for her fame. Also it has one of the most memorable main characters ever.

Me & the Devil Blues isn't a shoujo manga at all, but I couldn't resist mentioning it because it matches your description of what you want literally.

Thanks for the recommendations! I've read dance subaru and ashita no ousama, and enjoyed it immensely. Though ashita no ousama left me a little disappointed with the way it depicts the plays, and just leave the reader to assume, while glass mask and dance subaru does a great job in using the plays/dances to show the talents of the main characters and what they have achieved. Will check the others out.

Also yeah, passion is the word I'm looking for, not really the insane part, though it is a bonus. Something like bambino too.

I'd add Piano no Mori to the suggestions Flawfuls gave, simply because there's a lot of passion for music in it, and in a way it reminds me of Glass Mask, not as much as Dance Subaru and Moon though.

Wow, seeing good manga recommended here...
P-Natsu ga Ippai by the Ashita no Ousama mangaka is pretty good too. It's a bit more "fluff" being strict shoujo, but the author knows what she's doing.
Bambino! is a good read in the "passion" category; and maybe Baka & Gogh (though incomplete and more alternative).
Rookies fits perfectly in the shounen category of being passionate about something; and then there's Twin Spica which isn't really shounen, seinen, shoujo, or josei. (but a bit of everything, really)
Kazan is interesting too, but hard to find and more fantasy-oriented.

Strange mesh-up of Robert Johnson's and Clyde's mythologies, but it's a pretty fantastic depiction of insanity. Amazing artwork too.

Just finished reading Helter Skelter. What an insane story and an insane main character. Riroko is such a heartless monster yet I couldn't stop myself from sympathizing and rooting for her near the end.

EDIT: Also open to recommendations, I've been looking for some new manga to check preferably something finished. Also anything like Bambino would be amazing, though I'm up for pretty much anything that is good along as it isn't like harem, boring shounen, and stuff.

I liked it a lot, but yeah it definitely had plot problems. At points, consistency was thrown out the window at the excuse of more creepiness, which isn't an approach I hate, but can be a very ymmv thing.

I'm liking Judge too, so hopefully that turns out well.

If the series not done i won't bother to read it , thanks to how my job is i have a fair amount of time on my hands sometimes.

After my heart surgery I went back and finished it. Generally enjoyed it, though it didn't live up to the expectations I had after the first few chapters. Objectively the plot/ending was badly devised but subjectively I liked it because

Gintama people, so absolutely.

Most likely won't last long unfortunately since it's a monthly series, but it will be nice to at least see the early stuff animated. It's quickly become my favorite ongoing comedy series.

It looks like the upcoming train case might be the climax of the arc, with Amuro and Okiya both knowing about it and Shiho. I'm looking forward to seeing how everything wraps up, now.

So the "flashback" is over and now I know how he lost his sight. Made Mamoru look like a badass even with that loss.
This Black Unit seems to think a bit too higly of itself, hope Mamoru whoops their asses and I can't wait to see Jesus get busy, especially given how Mamoru is getting excited with all those strong assassins around that he'd like to play with and the thought of annoying Jesus giving him a kick.
Aegis is another cool character that I can't wait to see more of after that little squabble with those guys of the Black Unit.

That specific parody? It goes like a page further.

Parody in general? The whole damn series is filled with it. It's as much reference porn as the first season of Hayate, but more over the top and (imo) MUCH funnier.

First line is T saying he can't really describe what happens well.

Izanami is activated, Kabuto falls into the doujutsu, and the decided destiny begins to loop.

It starts with a drop of water landing on his shoulder.
When the two of them finish attacking each other, Kabuto's horns are cut. The horn that was supposed to have been cut off earlier is cut off again.
A drop of water lands on his shoulder again and Kabuto realizes something's going on.
Everything happens again exactly the same. The same horns are cut.

Itachi: "I told you... I have seized your destiny.
You cannot escape this loop.
A jutsu that decides your destiny... That is Izanami."

There just isn't that much going on in the chapter I said, it's just the loop and Itachi telling him he's got his destiny in his hand, and that Kabuto can decide it. And comatose Kabuto.

667: COOL FIGHT
Cover: Kamabaka Kingdom- The same-as-ever Okama King- confirming that Mugiwara boy made it out to sea
After seeing Brownbeard's appearance and hearing what Chopper has to say, Luffy heads out to retrieve [Nami]. Franky is going with him, and demands some Rumble Balls from Chopper. Chopper says he won't be able to control the effects, but hands some over anyway. Chopper starts to explain how to use them but Franky uses some immediately and begins rampaging. Luffy doesn't realize, tells Franky "Let's go," and Franky starts to attack Luffy.
Caesar says that all he wants is Franky's beam- he doesn't need anything else. Because of the Marines' attack, it seems like he's once again setting up for a gas explosion attack.
Nami fights with the Cool Brothers. She says they'll be sorry when Luffy shows up (this is cut off, but easy enough to guess).
We get the Cool Brothers' introduction, but we can't see their faces, and they're complaining about the cold (because they're naked...).

Luffy and Franky follow the footprints off the edge of a cliff.
At the bottom there's an icicle pincushion [I'm picturing a bunch of stalagmites sticking up]. It's shattered to pieces by Armed Gatling. Even when targeted by bullets, Luffy can, thanks to his training, repel them all. [not sure about this one...]

Even now, we've got Luffy vs. Rampaging Franky
Taking advantage of the group's split-up, the Cool Brothers drop an iceberg on the duo, but Franky throws it back. Scotch repels it.
Luffy is annoyed by the persistence of Franky's rampage and hits him with an Elephant Gun.
During this time, Nami is carried off again by Lock, and Law appears.
Scotch is cleaved in two (!?) by an attack called Counter Shock. His glasses are broken, and he falls.

Law: "On this island lies a key to stirring up the New World. There are two ways to survive in the New World. Either take protection from one of the Yonkou, or challenge them. It doesn't look like you're willing to put yourself under anyone's control, eh?"

Luffy: "That's right! I like being the captain!"
Law: "So form an alliance with me! The two of us combined might just be able to do it!"
Luffy: "Alliance?"
Law: "I've got a plan to take down a Yonkou."
Luffy: "!!?"
