Eh, the whole thing with my favorite manga's not coming out on Wednesdays anymore is throwing me off completely. It's reminding me of the barbaric ages when everything came out on Fridays, truly dark times, lol.

Speaking of Sunday manga, does anyone here read Nanatsu no Taizai?

I've found it to be really enjoyable so far, but it almost seems like it's about to end even though it's not even at 100 chapters and there's still 1 sin missing completely. If it does continue, I wonder how the story will progress without Hendricks and potentially the Demon Clan as an antagonist?

It gets talked about quite a bit here.

It's fun. Gets really shounen-y at times (especially with the current arc dragging a little more than I'd like it to) but it's still fun. Likeable characters, great artwork, some cool fights.

Hoping the anime adaption is at least decent.

How does it seem like it is about to end, the stuff with the demon powers and Melodias is still unaddressed.

Just read it. It's rather mediocre until the middle where the sister goes full yandere for three pages then go back to its mediocrity. Ultimately it read like a shitty Tsukihime fanfic, but at least the thought of Roa being possibly killed that way made me chuckle and the yandere action wasn't too bad.

The continuation of Even, where they solve their issues. Not much to add since it doesn't add much to the previous part outside of the resolution, but I must say the ending felt somewhat abrupt.

Latest Nisekoi volume came out August 4th so it naturally doesn't last that long on the best selling list. If you look at the previous week you will see that volume 13 of Nisekoi has sold 333,951 copies.

It's not anywhere close to ending, Kodansha is prepping it with full force as its nest biggest franchise. Nakaba Suzuki is an incredible artist, so dynamic and expressive. He is a fully realized Toriyama.



When does Claymore start kicking into gear? Read the first volume last year, during a dark time in my life, and it didn't really grab me. Yhe interest is still yhere though.....

Yep, Nakaba Suzuki is talented. His artstyle has this sense of scale and distance that just give life to the battle scenes.

Good to see Ooku on your to read list. It's a really great manga, not only for the what if gender bender which is handled pretty well, but also for how the historical setting is used.
it's one of those works that can make me really sad because certain actions by the scheming people feel too realistic and plausible.

Man it's really true that an Author's art can drastically improve. Like If you compare the beginning chapters to later chapters of Tokyo Ghoul the art has significantly improved. The shading and details of the art is great.

So MangaGaf are there any Authors that you can name where their art has significantly improved further on a series.
