It's gotten to the point where I just refuse to try new MMO/"reincarnated in or transported to a different world" LNs because that's like 70% of new series now.
I've already read it up to volume 22 lol
At least it does harems slightly better than usual.
Well, to its credit at least it seem to be decent going from the readers' impressions.
But yeah, I hope that that wave of MMO/different world LNs will soon be over.

To be fair, there are some gems in there. Tate No Yuusha No Nariagari is the one I've been reading recently... although I really wish the current arc finishes up quickly: I hate the MC as it is now.

They still haven't announced a staff, it's like they know its gonna be bad.

I'm reading Tate no Yuusha, and I've even posted about it here. That's currently the only one from the genre.
And yeah, I'm three chapters behind now because this arc is really off-putting to me.
I'd hope so, because the newest raw is hype.

Inside Mari is pretty amazing (so far anyway). Nice pickup!
It's no contestTadokoro's got that perfect combination of cute and humor. That said, I hope she develops into something that's more than that. Like Soma's already a pretty damn good cook, so I think there's a good opportunity to have her grow as a cook herself. Sort of like Koichi from JoJo Part IV.
Erina is annoying and standard, but her food gimmick is pretty damn funny. More "Gorilla-in-the-hot-springs" type scenes.
