Yeah I got one a month ago as well.
Grumble Volcano in mirror looks so chaotic and apocalyptic *-*
So glad it returned as a retro track.

Hopefully I'll be finished moving into my new place before this releases! Eee, exciting times ahead! I want that Wii U GameCube-style controller to release soon so I can use it with this.
I'm glad as well but only because people may actually bother to race in it this time.

Has anyone confirmed yet that it tracks stats as it did in MK Wii? Under the license option from the main menu you could see races won, items used, and win/loss numbers for online, etc. Does MK8 have an equivalent of this?

It's a shame the Wii version was so flawed.
To be honest, I find Grumble Volcano to be one of the best and most underrated tracks Nintendo has come up with in the MK history. There's a lot going on in it. The track falling apart, moving ground, volcanic bombs, great and atmospheric music that captures the essence of the track perfectly and a very "mature" concept for a race track (at least for Mario standards that is).
Also it gets pretty crazy with 12 pro racers so I'll give it that too.
Well, if it's like going to be last year, there will be select demos from Nintendo's E3 conference being made available to the public at participating Best Buy locations, including the Smash Bros. Tournament.

I think the Koopalings are a fine addition to the roster, but I can definitely agree with you about Baby Rosalina & Rose Gold Peach.

I'm going to that mario kart 8 event at best buy tomorrow to. I live in a different canadian city.
Thank god no one bothered to use that mountain glitch whenever grumble volcano was picked when I played online. At least they can stop people from abusing shortcuts like that now.

I've done 4-player Melee on a screen smaller than the GamePad's before. 4-player gaming on screens that small is both legit and hilarious.
