I have seen the trailers. I don't care about it because I tried to play gta4,5 and rdr2, and hated it. Excruciatingly boring, I'm not from America and I'm not a wannabe-criminal.

I understand what you mean. Mario Kart 8 has sold 75 Million copies and I think is the best selling exclusive game of all time.
However,
GTA 6 will sell more copies in it's first week than 99% of all games ever made. That is not hyperbole either, this will do the most insane numbers ever, 20-25 Million first week sales easy.

Did you all forget that GTA5 sold 200 million on 7 systems, while MK8 sold 68 million on ONE system
MKW has a good chance of beating GTA6 this year

The Nintendo Switch sold under 15m units in it's first 10 months.
GTA V sold 16m units in it's first 3 days and 32.5m copies in it's first 3 months.
How many Switch 2's do you think will sell in 2025 (first 7 months) and how much worse do you think GTA VI is going to sell than GTA V for this to be remotely possible lol.
The only chance Mario Kart has of outselling GTA VI is if GTA VI doesn't release or it launches on the 31st of December.

Well, you won't own Nintendo games forever, I mean in a course of 10 years life cycle this makes sense. GTA on the other hand will be purchased at least 3 times per household .

GTA V sold more in 3 months (32.5m) than the Switch sold in 22 months. It took MK8 Deluxe 44 months to pass the 32.5m mark. One year, Lifetime, the time period doesn't matter. GTA VI will batter it.

For Mario Kart World to out-sell GTA6 in 2025, they're going to have to get 30m+ Switch 2 consoles into people's hands in 6 months, and then hope EVERY SINGLE ONE of those people spend 80 bucks on Mario Kart World, which has never and will never happen in the history of console gaming.

I dont get your point, GTA 5 still outsold it by like almost 4 times lol. The only reason MK8 got more boost in sales later on is because people had nothing to play on the Switch so they just sold it again with a few more tracks at full price again. GTA 6 will come out on PS5, XsX, PC and then in 2 years a new generation of consoles to for that sweet "remastered" version. Stop smoking crak off a bar toilet seat. GTA 6 will sell more in 1 day then Switch 2 consoles will be sold in 2 weeks.

I'm curious to know what you mean by this. With Switch 2 releasing in June and GTA likely in fall it becomes a question of how many Switch 2s you think are going to sell.
Even the wildly successfull Wii sold less than 10M in its first 6 months. How many Switch 2s do you think will sell and what attach rate do you see for MKW? Even with GTA launching much later in the fall there are 100M PS5/XS out there. It's likely to sell so fast that it surpasses MKW.
