Are these cannon characters in MCU now or crazy multiverse characters that we wont see again?
Disney owns Fox now, X-Men are MCU.
Not entirely true. The X-Men storyline is most likely mixed up in the multi-verse, but not in the main timeline.Disney owns Fox now, X-Men are MCU.
Exactly. There’s a character on the Illuminati in this that exists for the sole purpose to bury a Jeph Loab disaster as in its own universe with no connection to the MCU.Not entirely true. The X-Men storyline is most likely mixed up in the multi-verse, but not in the main timeline.
Nope. Watch WandaVision if you want to know what Wanda wants the bring into the main universe. It’s not Mutants.Wanda is totally doing a reverse house of M in this and bringing the x-men into the MCU main timeline somehow. It might even be by her somehow waking up the x gene in MCU variants of the x-men. Which could give us young Prof X again.
Possibly Xavier and her battle it out and he touches her mind and gets linked to all the mutants without their powers in the MCU. Then he does something to awaken their abilities before she kills him?
I didnt mean she wants to do that. More that it could be unintentional consequence of her actions.Nope. Watch WandaVision if you want to know what Wanda wants the bring into the main universe. It’s not Mutants.
Based on the comments from the Marvel execs in charge, the X-Men we’re getting will be different and probably won’t even be called “X-Men”.I didnt mean she wants to do that. More that it could be unintentional consequence of her actions.

Seems like it’s just The Mutants.X-People Who Menstruate
Lame. X-Men is a very iconic name. Guess we'll see how it goes.Seems like it’s just The Mutants.

I figured. We live in the most retarded timeline.Marvel promotes executive who suggested dropping 'Men' from 'X-Men' title: 'I think it's outdated'
Marvel recently promoted an executive who previously called the "X-Men" titled "outdated."www.foxnews.com
By the way, I'm sincere when I say this but if you're in Las Vegas and a neogaf member, feel free to join me.
I hate going to the movies alone and I don't seem to have any friends anymore and wouldn't mind watching it with somebody. I'll actually be wearing my Doctor Strange t-shirt which has a picture of Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange on it.
Hey sol_bad are you in Vegas by any chance? lol.
So I guess they'll be dropping the 'Man' from Spider-Man, Ant-Man, etc. Ridiculous.Marvel promotes executive who suggested dropping 'Men' from 'X-Men' title: 'I think it's outdated'

Yeah. I know I talk a lot of shit about the MCU but I am still a big Doctor Strange fan so this is a big deal to me and the movie just sounds like a lot of fun.Sorry mate, I'm downunder in Sydney.
It'd be an expensive ticket for me to watch it in Las Vegas. lol
I'm not seeing the movie until Saturday so I'm jelly.
Wonder if those Tom Cruise Iron Man rumours turn out to be true.
Has it been 100% confirmed? Will we get a tease during the mid/post-credits scene(s)?He's not in this.
Not in it at all.Has it been 100% confirmed? Will we get a tease during the mid/post-credits scene(s)?
Well, that sucks. Not in it at all.
And not in the credits either. No Deadpool either.
First: Charlize Theron shows up as Clea.
Second: Gag continuing Bruce Campbell’s cameo as a guy selling pizza balls in the Illuminati utopia universe.
People were inventing the movie in their head to be a massive Avengers style crossover. It’s not that at all and the multiverse cameos are really just limited to the Illuminati scene and even that is just to show how evil the villain of the movie has become.Well, that sucks.
Day one viewing cancelled.
He’s not Xavier in the MCU. He’s a multiverse variant and only in this movie.X-MEN is the only thing that'll reignite my interests in the MCU.
Stewart Xavier is kind of disappointing tbh. I was hoping they would cast a new actor.
Oh cool. Good to know then. He’s not Xavier in the MCU. He’s a multiverse variant and only in this movie.
He’s in there as a variant to show that Jeph Loeb’s garbage was in a different non-canon universe. It was meant to bury that trash once and for all.To all people saying Marvel Studios would never touchHAHAHAinhumans
There's an old interview from Feige saying how much he loves. Not surprised he's here.Black Bolt and he's one of the coolest characters in the Marvel Universe

You really need to have watched wandavision fully graps the story. Just heads up guys.
And you think it's a good thing that you have to watch Disney+ series to understand MCU movie stories now?But but but people said you wouldn't need to watch the Disney+ shows to understand the movies.
I'd say Endgame and No Way Home are also semi required. You really need to have watched wandavision fully graps the story. Just heads up guys.
Saw it yesterday and it was fine until the illuminati then somehow fell apart. Also didn't like how they handled these characters. Nice effects also to short. Should have been 2,5h.
Also interesting that IIRC this is the first movie they mentioned Spider-Man by name where the character is not featured or appears in said movie. Ant-Man had a nod to it talking about a hero that craws, swings, etc, but never referenced him by name. Spidey can't even be on the Marvel logo if he's not featured in the movie. Something changed there from a legal perspective.
