Believe there's enough time to react, I can't online and don't play offline so I wouldn't be able to say for sure.
Looks like she can react if she sets up correctly, I guess it's my job to part guess, part scramble around in the air as much as possible.

Expert level mind games.

Bullshit, if you can block in this game, how come the PIPE always works? :p

Because holding back instead of down back is super high level gameplay.

Haha wow, just had the creepiest glitch ever. I was choosing characters at the select screen and I chose X-23. However, her profile model must've loaded weirdly, because instead of her head looking to the right she looked straight at me, with her black underlined eyes wide open. Happened to the guy I was fighting with too as he said Spiderman looked at him too.

My game is possessed.

Zone zone zone. Such a pain in the ass for her. If it wasn't for Tron I'd never get in.

Can't tell you how many times this has happened:

-Get close to opponent, after some exchanges we both DB guard.
-Both stare at each other for what seems like an eternity.
-I decide to be smart and capitalize on it and go for shehulk throw
-They crouch L at the exact same time. "SON OF A BITCH!"

We need pics next time. It'll serve as proof of supernatural forces and people won't wonder why you stopped posting all of a sudden.

Have you experimented with the range of her regular and super air grabs and how prone they may be to getting beaten out?

The range of her command grabs is huge (bigger than the length she reaches... about one character width atleast), if you kara them it's even more obscene. Be wary of range, even if you think you're safe from a throw her slide kara'ed into her air throws/ground throw/hyper air throw is a *huge* range. The slide is great for sliding safely under a jump attack and karaing it to pick them from the air. The throws do get snuffed pretty easily, hence the need for tron. Against mashers I get stuffed a lot from mashed c.L's when going for a ground command throw.

Her super air grab is a lot harder to beat. Unless you have an air super with invincible startup she'll usually grab you. I believe she loses her invincibly toward the end of the throw (Don't quote me on this, just from experience I'd have to look it up on the book), so the further/higher you are the better chance of stuffing it. One thing you can do is if you see the flash and you have an air hyper (but it won't punish), do it, then dhc into another char. If you're quick I think you should have enough time mattering on the range. Same thing if you were just sticking an air hyper out there and she goes to punish with the throw, just dhc. I've gotten punished this way quite a few times for it.

when you roll tron/she-hulk what character sets have you had the most trouble with? Also, does Wesker's low assist hit Tron, since she's vulnerable around her legs?

Umm wouldn't he be getting his face burned off -.-

Ferrio you need to go back to that Makoto avatar that you had for a while, that one was nifty.

For myself, I'm updating avatar to my new point gal when my 360 get back from the repair shop (hopefully this week). I've got an idea for a horribly stupid gimmick team with Storm, Captain America and Ammy that appeals to my love of the bizarre and my crummy execution skills. I'll have to report back if it actually works out at all. I'm surprised how few Storms I end up seeing online and in streams. Seems like she's got a lot going for her in general.

Nifty in the fact she was surprised that she was holding a cock that was exploding? Or just nifty art? Besides I've always been known for the mary avatars.

Heh, I had no clue that was from rule 34 art. I just though it was always a nice looking avatar.

I have trouble with any character that's played good heh. I think she-hulk herself has the most trouble vs a good zoner with a good assist. Also I consider myself not a very good player, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Just look how surprised she is!

Good games, Enzo. X-factor hulk fucks my shit up hardcore. I had a fun time using new characters for the first time as well.

Beam hypers are way better than all other hypers.

For keepaways, the best way to deal with them is to superjump and block. If you have a dash, you can super jump and move forward. If you have a character like X-23, you can use the air slashes to move around. If you have assists that have some kind of beam, use the beam, jump and dash to cover yourself.

If they're using ground arrows, you can jump and avoid it. If he's either jumping or using the up arrows, you could try wave dashing in. If they're using assists, you better pray that you have another assist that can cover you as well.

Try not to pushblock TOO much against projectiles since you want to save as much time to close yourself in.

Task with a good assist is a pain, and even once you get in, he actually has tools to deal with you. The thing is, his arrows have a lot of holes once you get used to them, so you just gotta pick and choose. What I end up doing is wait until Task jumps, call ironman assist (because I'm assuming he's gonna be calling an assist to cover) and depending on the character, do different things. If I'm running X-23, I super jump and air slash, if I'm running deadpool, I'd teleport. Again, if Task does super in the air, my assist is going to end up eating a super, so it's really a game of chance.

Sometimes I wave dash in and end up eating a spidey swing. It really depends what I feel like.

Yeah. I know this but remember when I said I was using Hulk? Those things are more difficult to pull off with him because he is slower, doesn't dash far and since his dash only cancels by pushing up it often ends in a mistake for me rather than a proper wavedash.

The superjump escape is what I like using the most to get past projectiles but I mentioned earlier that doing this super fast is causing me problems lately against really fast walls of projectiles is someone is truly a good keep away. I just have to get better at it with slow characters. I'm not too bad at this with most other players though, but for guys like Haggar/Hulk I'm pretty bad at doing it in time and it shows me I need to work on it some.

I just need to practice Hulk movement more is all their is to it. Last night they told me of how to move him around in manners that get pretty cool, and almost end up like triangle jumps, but again its just going to have to go through a feeling out period for the character if I choose to stick with him. Gamma charge combinations used for extending Hulk's mobility is probably what I'll need to learn the most.

Also I dont really pushblock projectiles I just dont remember to do it enough against people rushdowning me into a corner as I block. I just need to keep it in mind more often as people close the distance on me and bring the heat.

For now I want to keep doing what I'm doing before I specialize too hard on any one team or character, though. I want to go through the cast some more and learn what I like to use with each person and figure out as many ways as I can to set these things up and control the opponent's options. Till now I've really limited myself on who I was using based on who I had the most combos, or biggest combos with. Now Its like I'm picking the game up for the first time again as I learn to do something a bit smarter and try to learn who gives me the most options for how I play while opening up the most tools for other characters with their assists as well.

Combos don't really mean a damned thing if you can't figure out how to hit em in a match and thats what I'm practicing right now. How to approach. By doing this I'm finding a lot of chinks in my playstyle versus different tactics and I'm enjoying eliminating these problems as I make note of them.

I'll definitely be practicing my mobility with all of this but first I want to spend a little more time emphasizing my coverage game and control game on people before I focus all of my energy to my next problem of mastering mobility.

Wish me luck. I'm leveling up my game during finals week in art which is kind of risky.

Good luck! Both finals and learning to move around. These are the same exact reasons why Hulk and Haggar are put in low tier. There's NOTHING they can do against zoners, and even when they get in, they can't apply pressure well to keep themselves in their face. Sure, one hit will pretty much mean at least 80% of your health, but what's the point when you can't hit them?

I'm starting to suspect I'm never going to rank up past 9th lord. The fact that I almost exclusively run into Cosmic, High, First and Second Lords doesn't help. What are the odds even, I just looked at the first page of the leader board and recoginized a whole bunch of names. It's fun playing against the best every once in a while, but this is a bit overkill.

Gootecks: Hey girls what are you doing here?
Mike Ross: OH GOOOTECKS!!! There you go Gootecks!!

<3 Marvelous adventures

lol it's too bad about the whole Dark Phoenix thing, normal Phoenix combos are actually really fun. All zig zaggy :)

Stupid combo that looks cool:
jH xx 6H, jH xx 2H, H xx 6H xx Falcon Kick M, jH xx 6H, jH xx 2H, H xx Falcon Kick M xx Phoenix Rage

Does like no damage -_-

I wish my camera worked so I could make gifs like in the Street Fighter thread :-(
