I agree that a damage adjustment would have been best, but that takes a lot more tweaking on Capcom's part. They might need to put more time into it. The health tweak is only one value. Perhaps they are testing this out and have more extensive changes in mind for later. It's easy to up this back this later. This is more of a quick and dirty fix. It might not be permanent, but it does address the problem of him having way more pros then cons, making him no longer a must-have on your team. You have to look at pros/cons more now. I'm so happy about this. Bring on diversity!
