Just starting watching it yesterday up to Episode 3, I'm hooked. And my wife is even onboard, who hates superheroes but likes crime drama shows. Can't wait to see a few more episodes tonight!
Nah, he'll keep it limited to parkour. Doing Spidey-like swing shots are insanely expensive.

Mask in the show was all red, this has black all in front. But lot of it looks the same, this could have been an early prototype, it also looks to be on a different person, the face is different from Cox. I think this fits this guy better.

why all the black, why not just make those parts red also. a darker red from the rest of the costume if you must

No clue if it is, figured it had been posted and someone knew if it was.
Maybe a unused working design from the frist season.

Yeah this most likely the case, it appears to be from a small panel with other costume designers that Daredevil's designer was at which wouldn't have pictures of the new one (well I assume there's going to be a new one).
I thought the cowl was completely different even after looking at pictures from the First Season because the neck and chin area looked normal but it's not Charlie Cox in costume so that must have been why.

on the mask lol it looks as if it is missing something a chin strap, or extended chin from the helmet itself would suffice

Yep. Batman nose lite doesn't work well for Daredevil.
They also need to get rid of those lines above his eyes, but I can't tell if they have or not in these photos.

Looks like they did. Or rather, they shifted the seams just enough that it doesn't look so crowded up there anymore.
I'm just kinda surprised they've revised this thing once - and still haven't caught it. That's twice now this design has moved through production and nobody's spotted that a) Daredevil almost never has his nose covered up at all and b) It makes Charlie's face look squished the fuck up.
I also like that my little revelation caused these responses

It's the nose and the angle of the eye socket areas I have the biggest problem with. Makes him look like he is perpetually smelling a really stinky fart.
