I'll post my Shepard, she's far from perfect and really is no good hair, but here she is anyway:
I think she at least looks human, which is better than anything I could say about any male Shepard I tried to make. There were some good ones in this thread though. I ended up just using default male Shepard myself.

You finish the tutorial to get the first item and then you have to finish the demo to get the second one. Once you are out of the tutorial you can just let the 45min time run out while alt-tabbed and you'll get the item once the timer reach zero.

Well you could try exporting your 360 save, if thats what you have PS3 are screwed, onto your PC then use Gibbed's save editor to load up one of those modified face files, codes dont work, like mine and then import it back to your 360 and see if it works. Definitely would do a back up first cause theres no guarantee it would work, but in principal it should since youre simply borrowing from other ingame models.

Great, after having an odd feeling about my ShopTo order I decided to check it and find that the package is being delivered to an old address, I've changed it now but they have a pack shot of it with the old address in.
I've put a support ticket in about it and changed it on the website, but the old one is going to a block of flat and if it gets delivered there is little to no chance of getting it, and having lived there any deliveries that don't get picked up get shoved in a box to be thrown out.
