For good measure.

Yeah, put me in the camp that was at least hoping for a name or a bit of CG teasing or something. The snippets we saw were gorgeous, but also weren't anything they couldn't just tweet out on some random day.

Looks like a 2016 title for sure then.

I feel like the game is way earlier than most of you thought it was.

I had a feeling it was still early when the writers were tweeting about still deciding major story beats.

If the rumor that they originally were working on a First Contact game that was scrapped are true, it makes sense that they're not nearly as far as many of you thought.

I'm actually surprised Yanick flew down to L.A. for the first time in 8 years for that lol.

He did say he was there to learn from what the Dragon Age team is going through or some such shit.

But yeah... still...

The one fucking thing I was really pumped for. And we find out absolutely fuckall. Nothing. :'(

That was so full of fail.

They should have just waited until next E3 when they would actually have something.

Jeff Gerstmann said a really interesting thing at the MS conference. Apparently, the Bioware people during Judges' Week told him to pay close attention to Dragon Age: Inquisition, because it's going to be the template for all future Bioware games.

Suddenly when people were coming back from Judges week saying there wasn't anything interesting this year, it kind of seems like they were right. Disappointing, but right.

I know it was short and abstract but holy mother of Jesus I loved it. Can't wait to get my hands on it end of next year.

ME3 shipped over two years ago, and this was all they had to show? Still a slim chance of a reveal at the Sony conference, I suppose.
There's a lot more to show, believe me. They just want all eyes on Dragon Age this year. Once it ships in October, expect the marketing to begin for Contact. N7 day is the month after that...

Now you've got me all hyped again. =/

EDIT: Welcome back, btw.

I'd expect this too. They have lost a lot of faith with ME3 and DA2 so they need to nail the marketing etc of DA:I.

Also even though I'm not the biggest GAFfer it is good to see you back as you bring all the ME goodness.

Edit: In the video they mention we will see new galaxies but assets look human etc. This suggests its definitely sequel as it would take full Mass Relay network to get to etc.

This makes me want to play as an explorer. Maybe a person who was a solider but now wants a more fulfilling life and to explore. I think I'm basically saying I want Firefly. Just people heading out and making money where they can.
