Sony has 3 of the 4 top selling systems. Pretty impressive if you ask me.

But that's meaningless. I could say Nintendo has 6 of the top 10.Region-FreeWii said:Sony has 3 of the 4 top selling systems. Pretty impressive if you ask me.

In other news no crazy lineups for the Wii yet apparently.
In case you haven't been to the Culdcept Saga thread, it is confirmed as coming to the US.kisakiproject said:I love how M-create mentioned in their weekly summary that Culdcept Saga sold 22,500 week one. Localize it now NB.

New Super Mario Bros. is the king of kings, and deserves at least 1 WEEK as a true game being atop of the DS best sellers in Japan before Pokemon snatches it

If you have something witty to say, then get on with it already.

I bet it does actually... though Phantasia PS1 sold over 600k iirc.Magicpaint said:Those are good first day sales for Tales of Destiny, but I don't think this one will make the usual 500K+ figures.
Thats it? Thats your ace in the hole? Fanboy?Elios83 said:More than rumored, its was wished by Nintendo fanboys over the Internet and that's all it needs to be said.

Barf_the_Mog said:Just a thought, people. I know everyone keeps saying that the Wii will end on two days of Media Create tracking....shouldn't it actually only be one day? Just double-check my math, but shouldn't next week's only track:
November 27th (1), 28th (2), 29th (3), 30th (4), 31st (5), December 1st (6), 2nd (7)
Am I missing something here?
Probably it won't but I guess it will be really near with that awesome 74% stock already sold. Seems Namco got the production quantities right this time with a little less than 300k, which its going to reach easily. I think it could sell like ToS PS2 (400k), with near 300k opening.Magicpaint said:Those are good first day sales for Tales of Destiny, but I don't think this one will make the usual 500K+ figures.
well 210k (and more importantly 74% sell through) on day one is pretty great. 1st week it'll probably sell out and maybe get a restock in (so say between 275-350k). From there it only has to move another 150k+ over the holidays... I bet it does alright.Magicpaint said:I suppose it'll depend on the kind of legs this one ends up having. Hopefully, it's not as short-lived as Abyss' was.
ND3 did less though (150k-ish) but the GBA was winding down then. I don't think RM has much chance of topping 200k, but 150k would be good I think.Magicpaint said:I think ND2 for GBA did 200k+ so I'd expect RM to sell around that, definitely more than Tempest. However, I don't know if that would qualify as 'breaking the trend'.
