I had glow in the dark stickers, maybe even a poster with glow in the dark highlights on it. But I was just a kid, as an adult a blacklight poster is some gothy edgelord lame shit.

Hmmm unfortunately they weren't a thing when or where I grew up but it sounds awesome! I had those naked trolls with a rhinestone for a belly button and for some odd reason we collected those ugly pacifiers. Some of them glew in the dark.

Companies always gonna fuck you, then you get stuck in the cycle of always being the new employee. So when the next company you eventually find a job at gets in "Financial trouble" you'll be first out the door again because you've been there the least time. You never get to stay anywhere long enough to get up into one of the safe protected higher management positions who they should cut first for cost saving. But they always cut the cheapest people who actually do the work.
Also, don't forget to steal shit. Laptop, office supplies sealed unused boxes of printer toner. Go right to your local temp agency and sign up, don't hang around for the garden leave period just go.

My mother named me Richard after my uncle. He was our gardner.
It just kinda sucks that after 10+ years of working here, they’re just gonna drop me like a bad penny. I think we all get some form of redundancy package, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that we’re being thrown back into an already crowded job market. I’ve already got my accounts set up on Indeed, Reed, Jobsite, etc, it’s just tricky finding a job in my field of work.
We’ve been told we get to keep the laptops, so that’s something. We’re all in for the next two weeks, so I’m gonna take some time to scope the offices and see what else I could find to sell.

Don't go through recruiting agencies just online. If they have a high street office (Like they used to have back in the day) walk through the door and ask for office temp work, temp to perm. Have two CV's you specialist one and then a "Just need a job NOW" dumb one where you present yourself as a competent but unambitious Office Administrator. Send the right version of the CV depending on what job you are applying for.
Anyway work fast, for the next two weeks everyone is going to be grabbing the goodies, it's all going to belong to the liquidators anyway and they'll just sell it for pennies on the pound.

I got one of those multipacks of precut cold cuts and cheese from the deli several months ago. I thought I got roast beef but I guess someone put bologna in the wrong spot and I didn’t notice until I got home…the dog was happy though.Don't put bologna on your pizza. Don't be liketeezzy

I’m sure we’ll all be fine, it’s more dealing with the pain of keeping kids home all week, and baby seems pretty fussy. Older kiddo seems totally normal and wife has zero symptoms. We’re both vaccinated and boosted and she had it when I did last time too, before the vaccine.
Last time I mostly just had chills and aches but today my throat has gotten sore as fuck and my voice is super raspy

I think I’m already feeling better. Baby has been really fussy/wanting to be held all day but I think Tylenol and ibuprofen has done the trick with the fever. Wife and older kid are still totally fine.I just did one of the at-home COVID tests and it was negative. I guess the sneezing/runny nose I've had for the past 2 weeks is allergies or a cold. The Nintendo store in NYC is pretty cool. Picked up a few things for the wife and a t-shirt for me. If I had more room in my luggage, I probably would have picked up a few more things.
