Kojima has an excellent taste in music. Tyrrany is a terrific solo album from The Stroke's frontman.
Stranglers are superb too, seen them live a few times.
Though not as good compared to when Hugh Cornwell was still with them

Yea, it is a very touching moment. Say what you want about the cheesiness in MGS4 but it has some damn great scenes
I keep trying to play mgs4 again because I think it's fantastic when it gets going but I hate playing through act 1 :/

You hate Act 1? That's odd since a lot of people think only the first two acts are good gameplay wise. What don't you like about it?
Act 2 is great. I guess hate is too strong a word. I like act 1 more once you meet drebin, I think my main problem is I find most of it boring because I've played the opening so many times. Every time I start again I end up playing something else before finishing act 1. Then I leave the game for a few months so I feel like I have to start from the beginning all over again. I started it again last night, hopefully nothing pulls me away this time because the rest of the game (especially act 4) is incredible.

Do you guys know if theres a certain amount of characters you can put into 1 post? It's already pretty long. But I'm not even halfway through. But I made something special before I started writing. You'll see.

Random Update of the Day:
As I mentioned before. PS3 wasn't running MGS4, I did a system reset, cloud last backed up in November, feels bad man. Turns out it was a faulty disc, so I got it replaced. Only $5 at Gamestop?! Anyway, I was pretty sure I'd enjoy playing this game even though I wasn't initially crazy about it at launch.
I've been playing and having a few beers and I have to say, it's perfect for that so far! Aside from occasionally getting disoriented (this happens to me regardless, I assume it's my ADHD that has trouble keeping my digital bearings... but maybe I'm just silly) I'm finding the gameplay WAY more enjoyable than I thought originally. I'm sneaking through for the first time, trying to have as few casualties, and trying to get from point A to B uninterrupted. This has been... mostly successful! (I'm usually that ass who plays guns blazing, but if GZ won't allow that I better practice here.)
I also decided to accept and find enjoyment in the hyper corniness. If I remember it's MGS camp, even if it is the corniest, I find it really entertaining. It's nice to have a refresher and really interesting to see how I felt about it at launch when I was 17 versus how I'm enjoying it now at 24. I'm getting a lot more out of it.
Most of what I remember from MGS4 was things I refreshed on reading wikis. I know it through and through, but not really from the game. Now to soak in all the nuance.

It really isn't something like porn or something like that. It's just funny. Look. I'm uploading now what I have prepared to an image hoster. Then I enter, what I have so far, everything here and edit it how I wanted it, with bold text etc and just click preview post, so that only I am seeing it. And then I am going to put the final result to a text document. Upload it, send you a private email with the link of the text document and you can overview that. Then you might tell me what I should remove or if that's ok and stuff like that ok?
