lol. I bet Kiefer doesn't even know what this game is called.
Trying to do the Rogue Agent mission now on a no-kill run and no alert.

A few of his lines of dialog in Deja Vu are literary some of the worst voice acting I have heard since RE1 days.Particularly because he does a good job. Not a terrible job. Not a fantastic one.
I loaded 4 POW into one chopper. You just have to carry them to the dropoff point and leave them there one by one and then call choppa to take them all away.
Granted, we haven't handled the situation super well, but man is he ever trying to burn every bridge he possibly had left.
You can kidnap them, apparently
I have to laugh though, that Akio Otsuka was kept as the Japanese voice. People keep throwing out that old "but his voice has to change" chestnut.
After seeing I was wrong on the price issue,You guys could've at least told him before surprising him (and the rest of the internet) with Keifer, you know?
That's because the English VA is the main driving force this time around.
He was tricky like one time, with MGS2.
I have no idea why people act like it's the only thing he does.
Because TPP is going to be a fucking event, not just another game, and probably Koji's swansong. I absolutely believe they'll try to pull another MGS2
Yeah, Blaustein did good work. You guys could've at least told him before surprising him (and the rest of the internet) with Keifer, you know?
I'm wondering how much that rumor about him badmouthing MGS4 and Peace Walker (if that's even true, if it was I'm sure it would've popped up on my radar from the internet exploding over it) and Kojima finding that out is a factor. Kojima apparently (I know you can't confirm/deny) didn't like Jeremy Bluestein's translation despite that being the best translation of Metal Gear despite the voodoo/Psycho Mantis antics in the entire series. :/
(Not knocking MGS3/Konami in-house translation, BTW. That was good, but Bluestein's flavor and grounding was amazing)
I hope he does. He showed entirely too much of mgs4 prior to release.Because TPP is going to be a fucking event, not just another game, and probably Koji's swansong. I absolutely believe they'll try to pull another MGS2

I love the salt from fans about Hayter being gone.
I actually think the switch from Hayter to Sutherland makes sense in a thematic sense. In MGS3 and Peace Walker he was 'Snake' and as such he essentially was a reskinned version of Snake but at the end of Peace Walker he finally embraced the title of Big Boss, so the change in voice actor works as a reflection of his new identity.
as well as.extracting prisoners, and one soldier just because
Wait,you can extract soldiers?
Liked this response lol

Watching the Kojima station thing, and the play through showed Snake bailing out of a jeep to take out a tower with a guy in it. Why hadn't I thought of that with all the GTA I've played over the years?
Something is definitely up or Hayter is just immature (unlikely). And Kojima needs Hayter for future games with Solid Snake e.g. MG1 and 2 remakes, so no way they'd handle replacing him so poorly.
Still hoping for a Solid Snake cameo though, like Big Boss at the end of MGS4. It would be an awesome way to end it.
I didn't know about this, but you can call the chopper anywhere in the map. Not just the recruiting point.
