Poor Nintendo being cast aside and not allowed to be included in the debate with the "big brothers".
Nintendo right now.

Asking some of the people in that thread to understand these definitions are being set for the judge's benefit (and to ensure that both the lawyers and the witnesses are on the same page regarding what's defined as being discussed), is like asking them to use their own brain.

They don't have one.

No wonder they're so sure MS is winning, they just don't understand what they're listening to.

I bet that's true, Doug Bowser is rooting for Microsoft because he wants COD back on the Switch :p
He is free to make an 80/20 deal with Bobby bear. I bet they would give them CoD Mobile on their literal last gen cell phone powered device.

Because even Phil isn't delivering native full-fat CoD, and Activision just shut down OG Warzone.

Makes frustrating listening when they avoid even the most straight forward answers. They’re obviously paralysed by the fear of fucking this up but if your intentions are what you’ve said they are what have you got to be nervous about?

It's completely normal and I don't blame Phil at all. This is how it goes, anybody who has spent time in court knows this is how it goes.

Exactly; the FTC are trying to establish tendencies in MS's patterns of behavior. It's not as simple as pointing to one incident, then another that doesn't immediately connect on a surface level and going "See!!? That email is irrelevant now because it was from four years ago!!"...

...as some people have been trying to do. These companies are not stupid and neither are these lawyers.

You think FTC/Sony won day 1? Are you crazy? Day 2 has been nothing but nonsense to try and paint Nintendo as not capable console to show that putting COD on there is useless . As for what fill just said bout the competitivness it simply was are you more competitive in 1 country over another. Yes.

That was so bad by Phil. He straight away ignored the question and just repeated the line as the answer he wanted to give. Good stuff by the lawyer to circle back to the question he asked.
His mindset is probably that of being interviewed for IGN, fanboy centered podcasts, and many of their other softball sponsored content Q&As.

Welcome to the big leagues, Phil.

Welp good job exposing your own biased perspective on this already, I guess :/

That is MR. Fill to you.

But then she followed up with "Yes" to asking if it was needed for the nVidia deal. But of course the shills won't post the double speak.

Brad Sams did the same thing yesterday on his video. You only talked about the part where Bond said no, but not the follow-up question. The follow-up question is why the FTC brought up that Windows license thing in the first place to show MS' hand.

You can say that they have yet to prove that this deal is anti-competitive, sure. But you can't deny that they're making MS look bad, I think that's what we're enjoying right now.

Also, it's the FTC, Sony has no involvement in this other than public statements and being brought to the stand if necessary.

They asked Sarah Bond about Azure/cloud yesterday..

If that's a real issue, then they'll probably ask Phil questions about his previous statements about how the cloud is powered by azure severs.
Ah yes, the infamous, "It doesn't use Azure, it's just in the very same datacenter as our custom housing that was specifically built for... Azure."

Yet all we heard for well over a decade was,

Power of the Cloud™ Azure™
Power of the Cloud™ Azure™
Power of the Cloud™ Azure™
Power of the Cloud™ Azure™
Power of the Cloud™ Azure™
Power of the Cloud™ Azure™
Power of the Cloud™ Azure™
Power of the Cloud™ Azure™
Power of the Cloud™ Azure™

I mean are we not splitting hairs at this point when they’re using their existing cloud infrastructure anyway? Call it azure, call it brazzers, call it whatever you want.
