All these "rumor mill" guys are usually just secondary sources of leaks provided by tier-1 sources like Apisak, Komachi, and in this case AquariusZi. The wording on this leak is really confusing. Admittedly, I'm using Google Translate so that could be the issue. Looks like the order went AquariusZi(PTT Web) -> ActualWolverine(Reddit) -> Blue Nugroho(Twitter).
