Inside MMA played some of the courtroom video for what I'm guessing was Thiago Silva's arraignment. Attempted Murder charges downgraded to Aggrivated Assault. Video of the arraignment also reveals that Silva's weapon was a gun. Bail denied as the court thinks Silva would flee jurisdiction.

Edit: And of course, UFC fired him.

So Julianna Pena had her knee surgery today... but an MRI apparently revealed damage in her OTHER knee that will likely need surgery as well. And apparently Pena's saying publicly that the original knee injury was an accident in training.

It's very unfortunate that this had to happen, the last thing I wanted us to see Thiago in this manner. I wish him all the best and hope this will soon be over.

I figured it wasn't his real name. Especially since the guys that have legit Brazilian sounding names don't use their real names. I just found out last week that Barao is a nickname (Baron) and his real name is Renan do Nascimento Mota Pegado.

Time for more quotes. So we all heard Dana White's side of the Julianna Pena story - a hideous monster got so upset at Pena wearing TUF gear that he decided to attack her from behind and jumped on her back at which point her legs exploded.

Well here's the story of the person involved, Josh Gow:

The Rock, I get it. Ronda though? Hollywood is cashing in on this cow while she's at her prime in popularity, and raping the already dead sport of MMA.
