If you want to post pornographic imagery, you can go somewhere else. Read the rules.

I don't agree with labeling it pornographic, but I'll agree to disagree. The mixed signals from the mods is frustrating on the other hand. Most of us are new to the game so for one mod to say "post it" with absolutely no hint of sarcasm or it being a joke, and then another to jump in and say it was all a dangerous joke and then delete posts, is frustrating. I didn't realize this was such a red hot issue.

That's why nobody got in trouble for posting them. Zeliard's sense of humor is weird.

Sorry for posting, but Zeliard did not make it very clear.

I don't know, but for some reason when I see Zeliard and Y2kdev posting in the same thread I start to think there is some kind of trap going on. Placing an internet version of cheese to lure out some naughty mouse somehere in a very elaborate, but comical manner similar to this.

ESRB: Mature

PEGI: 12+

If that doesn't prove the differences between our countries, idk what does.

Even so, a 12+ seems rediculously low. I mean 16 sure, but 12 haha?

Somehow, Demon Gaze got a T rating, and if you look at images of that, well. Boggles the mind.

Anyone figure out what the deal is with the DLC? Is it obtainable in-game through hard work and dedication?

Planning to get this game on the weekend. I seen some of the gameplay but I want to know from the people playing, how hard is the game? The board reminded me of SwordGirls Online which I used to play a lot because it was addicting making tons of strategies with different cards (also farming those mats just to create cards lol).

I love playing card games that makes you think through and build your deck and form different strategies.

Will also get this in June (if impressions are good) since my Vita backlog is still huge.. but I'm worried the multiplayer will be stale the time I buy it. :(

“The reason for the difference in these ratings is that Idea Factory International, Inc. chose to opt for a higher age rating for Monster Monpiece,” the publisher’s statement reads. “With PSN-only releases, publishers have the right to rate their own titles; hence, we decided to rate Monster Monpiece Mature due to the sexually explicit images and hand actions performed during the game.”

They elaborate: “However, the PEGI rating is still rated by the PEGI Administrator. With our sufficient material assets for their review, they rated it 12+ because of the minimal amount of violence shown in the game. We appreciate your understanding in these rating differences.”

Is the game difficult? Just wondering what the difficulty level is like. Having a million pieces of DLC makes it seem like it may be a little tough and you can basically 'pay to win,' but that could be off base.

Wouldn't that be a little cheap? I probably wouldn't like it too much since some of these enemies amass a ton of mana in the first few turns.
Yeah, that would be kind of nuts with the Fairies. Cost 2, gives you three mana. Do it three times and you have a solid defensive line and enough mana to play something massive.

Just hit chapter 4 and it's not difficult; feels about right. Only got my HQ hit once so far. Some battle can become a battle of attrition though; had to deck them out once.

Speaking of them... where do you get the skill...

Any chance of a physical Asian release with English or is that not likely? If not I will wait for a significant discount before buying.

So basically anything can happen lol

there's nothing with just poking right? Because its much easier finding the right spots that way

It's not random and it doesn't have to do with how well you do the rubbing minigame. Some cards just lose stats when they upgrade. I've been playing Moero Chronicle and I believe it works the same way in that game. You fill the bar faster by rubbing the right spots in the right way (tapping, rubbing, whatever) but all that matters is that you fill the bar before time runs out.

To be honest I find it more mind boggling that someone would object to Demon Gaze getting a teen rating, cant think of any image in the game thats going to mentally scar a 13-16 year old. The games tamer in content than a similarly rated "racy" movie would be for example.

Should be rated 18.
There is an implied sex scene after both kissing each others with a faded background and waking up in bed together, or maybe it is just a-friendly-sleep-over-with-an-attractive-opposite-gender-that-both-have-feeling-for-each-other, and-waking-up-in-bed-together-half-naked-and-acting-like-nothing-happened-at-all scene.
Up to the player I guess.

Ratings, How do they work? It may shock you to learn that an implicit sex scene is not grounds for an 18's rating, for example Mass Effect which had a much more explicit (though still not actually explicit) sex scene was only rated M (i.e. 17+), numerous films with the classic "blue light" sex scene (so loved by Christopher Lambert) or actual nudity are rated Teen or 15's. I'm not sure if people are ignorant about the ratings categories or caught in a weird "moral panic" but fade to black and girls in swimsuits/underwear is more or less the exact ballpark for Teen/15's ratings when it comes to sexual content. I mean the implied sex scene is clearly there in DG, but all that you "see" is a kiss (technically you dont even see that) and then it fades to black and its the next morning, you dont even "see" them in bed together. Now Im wondering if you were joking, curse you undetectable internet sarcasm ;)

It has girls in underwear. We must protect our teens from such filth.

There are a fair amount of cards, but I only seem to maybe replace/rub a single card if I am lucky per chapter.
Still having fun though.

So far, two hours into the game, it is quite fun. The card matches are not very difficult in the beginning, but they cannot be taken lightly. It is easy to put yourself in a bad situation if you don't choose your moves carefully.

got my first Rare pack from multiplayer

had to take some heartbreaking losses though, aka all but one match ;__;

Do you lose cards in multiplayer?

I'm on the fence on this game. I think I'd enjoy a card battle game on the Vita. I might wait for a sale, though.

Gross. Thanks for the confirmation though.

Anyways, I installed and had time for the tutorial battle. Seems pretty interesting, though attack phase seems a little chaotic with all units attacking at once lol.

On the other hand, it conflicts with what CorvaxPSO said about some of the items being obtainable in-game. So for example it might be that the card packs are unobtainable, but the cards themselves are. Who knows at this point.

Doesn't make much sense since some of the dlc items are in the game

Basically this.
