JAM Project for Season 2 OP!

Season 1 is probably going to cover the "quieter" parts of the story compared to where the manga is going, anyway.

EDIT: actually, thinking about it, wouldn't the second half of the show have a new opening?

Yes, usually they change it up at the 12 or 13th episode, to a new op. Hope the anime gets enough attention and hype to get a better band on board.

I think she was noticing that it was the same kid that stopped "Mr. Stainy".

Yeah the fact that she cut both Ochako and Tsuyu means this will be relevant later on, she also mentioned "This machine does everything by itself"

Maybe the blood has nothing to do with her quirk? Maybe her task was to collect blood samples, and those blood samples will be used by the bad guys. Maybe that is how they make the Noumu creatures.

She was obsessed with blood way before this arc, so I think it's related to her quirk. I think that machine is part of her costume. Like how the other have theirs that aid or improve their powers.
Not to mention, she knew about Ochako's feelings right from the go without ever meeting her, but she get some blood from her earlier. So yeah, I think getting blood from people makes some sort of connection with her to them. Which would explain her yandere, stalkish personality.

Its possible, but that would make her quirk similar to Stain, and I find that a bit unlikely. But as you said, it can totally be that the machine is part of her costume and amplifies her quirk somehow.

Also is it me or Tokoyami was also kidnapped by the magician guy?

In terms of her quirk being related to blood, yeah it is similar. And that's likely one of the reasons she's a fan of Stain.

I was actually thinking a bit back how we should be due soon for a villain reforming to the good side. There has to be at least one of those sometime.

Blood girl could definitely make a run for it

So, apparently people are drawing connections to Naruto now with the heroes rival being abducted by the enemy with the goal of making him join them.

What do you guys think?

I think it's reaching a bit, but it's still an interesting comparison.

Bakugou will have none of that. He will just blast the shit out of the magician. He doesnt want a repeat of the slime accident, his pride is on the line here.

MHA has always been compared to Naruto simply because of when it started, right after Naruto ended. Bakugou is only compared to Sasuke because of that, when he's a lot more like Vegeta.

There are a LOT of Naruto parallels in the series. I mean, look at how Eraserhead's intro is literally the exact same as Kakashi's.

Her troll face was pretty amazing

/hmm, maybe it's a duplication/disguise quirk? She was going on about wanting to be like people she's stalking on...

That is unavoidable, a lot of people are taking MHA as the Naruto replacement since that one ended. I think its fine, since MHA takes shonen tropes and then flips them.
