Its quite good, the face makes up like 5% of the actual image, pretty hard to make something thats so small highly detailed and its not a problem since the viewer is not meant to look at the image so closely zoomed in.

This is situation feels like creating a problem and then nitpicking it, everyone is acting like he gave it his all, but its pretty clear this was made in one fairly quick session.
