The regular season had some pretty awesome games. I hope we get at least one finals game on par with the Christmas day game.
No one is saying KD isn't a great player.

What the fuck are you talking about? You said Durant joining the Warriors is bad for people who "value the work put in to earn championships". Lebron left the Cavs to join a superteam and he came back to form a younger superteam. He did the same thing Durant did. Twice! Durant is putting the work to win, same as Lebron last year.
This has been inevitable since July 4th. It is what it is. Chris Paul taking a sweetheart deal with the Spurs might be the only possibility of a meaningful, competitive NBA series in the near future.
Durant has been the star on the floor all night to he point he literally covered up GSWs short comings like klay going ghost on offense and curry having a quiet first half.
This is only 1 game tho so well see the series but people are underplaying how much durant on the warriors changes this match up entirely.
Actually yeah, getting rid of conferences is a good idea

I think he meant 4 CURRENT all stars. The 87 Celtics did not have 4 starters that were all stars in that season. Dennis Johnson was out of his prime by then.
16-0 would end in a title, and the Cavs dashing 73-9 ended in a title for them. The Cavs winning against a team that started the playoffs on a 13-0 run would be noteworthy too. The Lakers went 11-0 (5 gm first round) before dropping gm 1 to the Sixers if I recall correctly.

To be fair, that falls largely on the mostly incompetent East franchises being unable to put together a competitive team. Bron's teams haven't been unbeatable juggernauts, as we've seen in the Finals.
Durant joined an already established championship caliber team. Take LeBron off the Cavs and they'd be close to a lottery team.

If you don't think Curry plays better when he can shimmy and smile, you haven't watched enough Curry in previous years. Its different to do his behind the back passes, when its a 2-pt game and 5 minutes to go. Just like guys pull different moves in the all-star game.

Well, the bitching is justified, it's who is the blame that is the question.
If the Warriors win this series easily, and I'm not saying they will, but if they do, this will have been the worst NBA Playoffs of my lifetime. The most boring and uncompetitive. And that sucks as an NBA fan.
