This season promises to be jam packed with exciting moments and of course....meltdowns. Will pheeniks finally get out of the 1st round? Will Chars break his disc in half...again? Will a rookie rise from the unknown, and take the 2K crown? Who knows but I can assure you one thing...it will be an entertaining and exciting season!

Before I get into the details, lets relive some exciting moments from our previous seasons.

SEASON 6:

Viakado you are going way overboard with your desire to trade away your entire team. You are killing them. You can win with that team. Or you could with Bibby there. Not sure what you are trying to do. Rabid manager!!! On the loose!

And thus the term..."Viakado'n your team was born

Sliders don't help me with rebounding at all. Dumb fuckers remain dumb fuckers no matter what I do. At least I have new boots on the way to keep me happy, fuck 2k. Someone said the lead designer for 2k is now working on live10. He said 2k refuses to build a new engine for 2k. I hope live10 crushes 2k so that we will have a real bball game to league play in october. Fuck 2k!

This game is fucking trash. I will play another season of ball just not in this fucking hot trash shit hole game. No point in playing defense in this shithole game if everyone, from superstars to end of the bench players, can hit contested jumpers. Its even worse because my team has a defensive rating in the sixty's. I am done with this bullshit ass game. I hope I can get $10 dollars credit at eb for it. Playing this game actually hurts me physically. Shit makes my left eye blink uncontrollably and I can feel a vein in my shit just pumping.

Rules

Viakado Rule: The TOP rated player on your team CANNOT be traded.
Smokey Rule: All deals must be made known to the rest of the league via posting in the thread. I also reserve the right to call on the co-commishes for any trades that may appear questionable. Commish trades need to be approved by at least 2/3 of other co-commish members.

50 points in paint is the limit or if you score over 100pts your PIP cannot exceed 50% of your total points. If either of these happen it's a AUTO LOSS. You are allowed a extra 10 PIP for every OT period.

-Manual defense is to be played. If you're playing man to man you need to obviously guard man with the ball, if you are running zone you need to take control of your defender closest to the ball handler.

*I understand that sometimes manual D on certain moves is ineffective. Auto defense is OK in certain situations however controlling your Center on defense etc., while you let the CPU do the work for you is unacceptable.*

-Double teams are allowed

-Do not pick up your man until he has crossed the half court line. Full court pressure is allowed when are down by 10+ more points. It is allowed at anytime in the 4th quarter.

-Do not run up the score, do not steal inbound passes manually. Basically play like you have some sense.

New rule starting in week 4:

No more slider adjustments are to be made (under coaching profile when you pause the game). The only sliders that are allowed to be changed are those that are accessible by pressing left on the D-Pad. These can be changed on the fly during the game and all of the major categories are represented.

*IF I FIND ANYBODY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ANY GLITCHES IN 2K10, THEY WILL RECEIVE A WARNING. AFTER THE WARNING IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN YOUR GONE.WE KNOW THERE ARE CERTAIN THINGS THAT CAN BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. DO NOT DO IT IN THIS LEAGUE, LEAVE IT FOR GAMES AGAINST RANDOMS

NBA2K10 has a feature that allows us to upload video from the game to the league website(which I'll launch when the game hits). If you feel your oppoenent is doing something wrong, you need to save the clip and put it on our website.

This season I'll be giving away a prize to the league champion. The prize will be the game of the winner's choice. No Collector's Edition BS, just a standard edition game on the system of the winner's choice.

In my mind I'm more of a NBA 2K GAF vet than Boobster and some of the other guys playing, but....

I wouldn't challenge vet's for their teams, since it was my choice to buy the game on PS3 last year after my red ring issues. I'm man enough to play with garbage even if I don't win..... Ive been doing it for years with the Texans.

Plus I also know if I ever challenged Smokey for the Rockets he would destroy me and it would be a waste of both of our times.
