Super excited about a new IP after TLOU:Online.
TLOU3 will definetly happen given the success of the TV series but the studio needs to work on something fresh as well.
I can see the creative difference between let's say the universe created in atomic heart (even if the core is a robot rebellion) and the universe of tlou\uncharted.
"Immersive?" Sure their narratives can feel immersive, sure. But they're gameplay structure is pretty railroad-y. Would love if their games feel more consequential from a gameplay standpoint.
Just a little bit more narrative reactivity on how a player approaches situations. E.I. sneaking past guards instead of engaging creates a different outcome in the next stage, etc.
GOOD! He shouldn't. A game shouldn't need to be "fun" per-say. It needs to be interesting and entertaining. Some gamers don't understand or respect the difference.
Some people have a very narrow version of fun. If it's not all colorful, lighthearted and constant dopamine and action it is not fun according to some people.
Hey Neil.... when you kill the protagonist in a sequel to whatever this game is... i will never ever buy a game you directed again. (Not that this one copy matters anyways)
Get rid off slow walking sequence ,tighten up the pacing, increase physics and player agency and make the campaign under 20 hours.
Oh yeah enough with the guns , give me a Melee based game. Thanks
