I agree with you. I'm playng the Wind Waker and I keep being amazed by the beautiful design. I think WW and Ico are the best looking games this generation. Of course, you need to be a grown up to appreciate that kind of art style. Kids like "teh mature" style better.
 
What the hell are you people bitching about now? Angsty Link?? For crying out loud. Go back and play Ocarina of Time. Youth Link's expression is the same except now with more detail.

Way to over react over a few screenshots. You guys are worse than women with periods sometimes. Get over it. Get a life. Change your tampons. Whatever. I'm sick of hearing people whine and bitch over the slightest thing. JESUS.
 
Looks great I suppose. Actually just looks like OoT with better graphics. Where's the mature Zelda game with blood and the ability to disembowel your enemies?

If we changed the game's name to some random action adventure game... you guys just know you wouldnt be that amazed by these graphics. they are ''acceptable'' but nothing special at all. OOT left a sour taste in my mouth. And then a bitter taste. And then a rotten taste. I never tried windwaker. Here's hoping for a game with actual content.

Im afraid you dont understand. The depth of field blur is in game. Go play Zelda:TWW, SMS or MK:DD and you'll see that they all have similar effects.

I blurred it ever so slightly (heh) to lessen the harsh jags that appeared on Link and to soften the loss in quality when I resized it.
 
those are from the E3 build which looks like crap when stilled. the final game is gonna probably be one the best looking game this gen. when its zelda, nintendo doesnt skimp on the gfx ~.^

that wallpaper is sweet, thanks to whomever made it. one thing i want in this new zelda is the option to toggle all HUD on/off.

oh, and i also think it might be better for nintendo if they moved this to the revolution. i dun think mario alone has the strength to the revolution. i mean this game will really put nintendo on a good spot. 3 old screens and a 7 page thread..hehehe

I think it's fantastic that he retains OoT Link's blue earrings!

Man, I cannot wait for this game. Sure, the screens have flaws, but I also remember how f-cking hideous Zelda 64 was before it released. It looked REMARKABLY improved from when it was first unveiled to when it finally hit, and I'm sure that most of the areas shown off last E3 were placeholder!
