I wouldn't bet on London getting a team any time soon, too many problems with the travelling and more importantly, exchange rate and tax differences which could make it difficult to attract free agents.
Plus London sucks, build it in the Midlands so I can buy a season ticket.

eh Rams OL was about average last year. When healthy they could be good this year. Huge caveats since Long, Wells, and Saffold are all injury prone
