I don't think everyone is going through all 7 rounds and switch players in the draft priority lost. The way they set of up is very sluggish, I didn't even bother with it.

They really need a better way of doing the draft and scouting for GM Connected, the draft priority list is rather lame. I was hoping it would give you a list of your draft picks, and then you could set a top 3 for that pick, if none of those players were selected you could set it to "next best player" or have some conditions it could meet like "position, handness, etc...." And if there were no players within a certain amount of spots like that, then it would do next best player. Would be a heck of a lot better than the stupid system they have now.

I'm trying to set my draft priority and if I try to look at player info after making some changes to the order it resets my draft priority to default.

Make changes, save priority by leaving to menu, go back in, look at several players, make changes. Rinse and repeat?

It's not like I'm here with friends to just go out partying all the time, then I definitely wouldn't be on. As it is, I'm here by myself to visit my dad and his business partner who are on a business trip, so it's not that action-packed and has some downtime. -shrug- To each their own.

Hey there, until recently, every active Swiss Army soldier would keep an army rifle and ammunition at home in case of invasion and to be ready. (Tradition). Because we have mandatory army service, that meant pretty much every man younger than 40 would have an army rifle and ammo at home. Don't imagine just cause we're neutral we're not heavily armed.... We're just smarter at handling them.

You don't have a military and thus no tanks/jets/etc. Just a mandatory militia. I wouldn't say the Swiss are heavily armed.

Anyway, I always thought it was a duty and not a passion. They carry as many guns as they're conscripted to. Are there many Swiss gun aficionados that'd be interested in a store like that then?

Uh... We do have jets... And tanks... We also more-or-less-regularly send troops as blue helmets, e.g. To eastern europe/ex-yugoslavia. And yeah, it's really more of a duty than a passion, and now new laws don't allow you to keep ammo anyway, and if you want you don't have to keep the weapon anymore either. And it'd probably be fun to try it out? I've always wanted to try.

Kessel 86->88, Pavelec 82->86, Gagliardi 78->82, Anisimov 81->84 are probably my biggest growths... And surprisingly, Campoli, who had white stars, went from 77 to 80 nice!
Disappointed by Kostitsyn who stayed 81 (despite being 4star while Gagliardi who's 3.5 passed him :lol), Karlsson 86->87, Seguin 84->85, Clarkson actually lost a point.

All I know is that I drafted Ryan Pulock as 3rd or 4th overall. Anyone else no idea.. I'll have to look..

EDIT: As a side note, after free agency, I have a bunch of LWs and Cs that I would like to trade.. I need something at RW and all I have is a bunch of plugs.

Yeah, it is stupid that they don't list who retired under transactions. It would actually be smarter to just list retirements from your team under transactions, that way you can see right away who retired from your team. Would be the smart thing to do along with my earlier suggestion for doing the draft, but nope, it is EA after all.

Edit: WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have Homefront from that 6 month blockbuster trial thing, and I was actually enjoying the campaign and then boom, the game just ends out of nowhere. Now I know why people were so critical of the campaign, it was actually decent and then it just stops. Seriously WTF were they thinking?

Nope, you have to "compare with your memory". That it doesn't show retirements kinda sucks, agreed :/ Anyone mind telling me who/what position I drafted in the first round? Thanks :x

We can't tell you about your other team's draft picks and what not I believe unless we go into the trade screen possibly and look, but even then we may not be able to tell. :/

I think one of my D went from a 77 to mid-80's, that is the biggest change I noticed so far


I might be salary cap screwed tomorrow, may have some salary dumping to do

But it doesn't matter because I won the cup :)

You can look at them by switching teams in the contracts menu.

Biggest change for me was Clutterbuck from 79- 83 and Gardiner from 81-82 lol.

What do you guys think is a good overall to put a prospect in? I am thinking around 70-75 overall would be good. I am somewhat trying to rush Stone with 67 overall.
