We traded Tim Bozon for Racine in the beginning of the season from Florida . Racine is basically a ECHLer/AHL enforcer from what I gathered

If you have the music box item and use it during the battle he like freaks out for a few seconds and you can get some free hits. Only works once per fight though.

I think you get the music box from a little girl NPC in a window.

I had to use a co-op partner to beat him the first time. It's a long run back to him when you die and I got impatient.

On NG+ I beat him legit, which felt good.
