If I'm watching on TV I'll leave it on if nothing else can be found, or flip to something like that night's Jeopardy! episode.

If I'm streaming, my timer app is up on my phone with a minute left in the 1st and 2nd with 18:00 set to go. Stream stops as soon as the final whistle goes (unless there is post whistle argy–bargy going on) and then starts up when the timer goes beep.
