Nintendo Direct Luigi special 2 2013.4.17 - 11 pm Japan Time (3 pm GMT, 10 am EDT)

The one night where I finally found an opening in my schedule to go drinking, and a Nintendo Direct is happening. Dammit! I'll just look at the news in an iintxicated state then when I'm back home.

I'm the other way around: I basically want all good Gamecube and Wii games ported to the 3DS. Would love to have some of those classics on the portable. But people get pissed about waste of resources when we do get the ports, even though they're outsourced to some minor external team.

Is it realistic to expect Miiverse/accounts on 3DS anytime soon?

it only needs a browser but I think what is slowing down 3DS miiverse is allowing for 3DS games to have communities on Miiverse like they said before not all 3DS games will have miiverse unlike Wii U

3DS has a huge library of old games that were out already can't see them all at once on Miiverse

I am expecting a new version of 3DS to come out to be honest

This is weird. The system knows which game is running, it displays the name of the game when you press Home and suspend it.
How hard is it to do a lookup for old games match the Miiverse community to the title of the game shown in the suspend menu?
Answer: Not that hard.

Looks like someone needs a job as a software designer at Nintendo. Seriously though, what kind of wackos do they have working in their OS department?

they all fall in line with Japan anyway but I bet the west will focus on things like Animal Crossing New Leaf

while Iwata keeps the year of Luigi stuff going

the last Luigi Direct had many none Luigi games if you wore green you could be featured lol

It shouldn't be too hard making simple communities? Do you mean integrated in-game, like NSMBU?

I also think a new model will be released this summer.

So, saturday next week is the 13th anniversary of Majora's Mask in Japan.
Just saying even if I don't bet on it, especially since we already have another Zelda remake this year. But the development time is matching for Grezzo (1.5 years since Four Swords Anniversary Edition, original MM took 1 year after OoT).
 
DAmn, i just can't get off work early today. I do hope there will be some gigatons. Like maybe a glimpse of the new zelda?

It was expected.
So, I will be able to play the last Zelda games I never played. Finally.

The only question is when will I be able to play. Between MH, LM2, Fire emblem coming in 2 days, the discount on liberation maiden tomorrow, castlevania on VC, mutant mudds, professor Layton and the mask of miracles, WHEN DO I FIND THE TIME TO PLAY!?!?

(the 3DS is awesome. it's ruining my social life...)
 
They could just release the Animal Crossing 3DSXL console to the rest of the world...

...although I was thinking of getting the Fire Emblem one by the end of the week and deciding on one would be a tough call to make. Oh well.
