Probably not since I imagine Nintendo wouldn't give they already translated full rights to another company. Atlus probably just was a distributor.

Nintendo still owns the IP, so it's a non-issue. Maybe we'll get Cubivore if they ever release GCN games. It's going for $100+ used on eBay right now.
