It's not 100% because sometimes you get dudes whose scheme fit is the opposite. E.g. if you get a Run Blocking or Power Run tackle chances are he will have higher run block than pass block, despite being a tackle. The scheme stuff is supposed to clue you in on what a player's best attributes will be.
