i was offered to play NBA and i took that offer! i didn't know this had advanced already, i'm not sitting here refreshing the thread waiting for princess DCX to play!

anyways, made a good effort to get back into the game against the AFC Pro Bowl squad but just came up short. the rule of the day is don't chase points early in the game. cost me big time
gg lonestar. i'm not sure what i am supposed to do against your offense. if i bump, all your receivers easily break it and get open. if i dont bump, your o-line is so good that even if i bring 7 or 8 you have plenty of time. and if all else fails you have vick jr. at QB. my cb's suck normally anyways but playing against guys from madden kills them even worse.
still could've had the game but for some missed 2 point conversions.... wide open in the last case but magic hands of the d-lineman got up to knock it down at an impossible angle :/
Yeah, 0-3 in 2 point tries made it a 9 point win, just kicking the xp would have made me lead by 6, just score a td FTW. Make all 3 2 pointers and a FG would have tied it.
You've also caught on with the 4 wr in tight formation (LJ loved that formation). That's hard to defend. Man up, and guys will break coverage on the outside. Zone it, and the middle gets flooded with wr's against 2 or 3 MLBs.

as far as the 4 WR tight formation, i tried that with a bunch of other stuff. i was surprised i ran so well on your D, but didn't do enough of it because i got down so big. your d-line was also blowing up my o-line almost at the snap and so i was calling a lot of slants and drags. not sure if i saw you play any zone defense aside from the guy in the middle.
and you know one thing that pisses me off is my qb is a 99 accuracy. 99. he should not be missing these easy fucking throws where my guy is wide open. he made some good throws but i missed 2 big plays which probably should have been picked because he air mailed it. if i wanted that to happen i can put in Keyes, at least he has some scrambling ability. Nottingham is slower than dan marino.
i could still finish with a decent bowl game but i'd have to win out.... and i still have to play CB and dm :/

for all the things i had go against me in that game i'm recalling i got a lot of bullshit too. guess it all evens out. although the game is WRONG on that last clipping call i got. i had the first down, then my guy "clipped" you way downfield. the first down should stand and then i should be penalized back 15 yards from the spot. but the way the game sees it, the first down is inconsequential. i am just penalized 15 yards from the spot and replay the down.
or maybe college rules are different than nfl

Oh yeah, remember that one play, you scrambled to your left to get away from a DE, and toss it up to what I think was your slot WR, on a long slant play from right going left. I'm controlling a MLB, shadowing the WR (along with AI CB). You just float a pass as you get tackled from the DE, it's slow, floating, 2 of my guy's and 1 of yours, I'm actually in position....and your guy ends up with the completion. That was close to a Controller out the Window moment (think it was a long 3rd down conversion)
