The gameplay is improved from last year. and last year was damn near perfect. if your losing thats a you problem!

Nope. I told Luke after our game. That game was horse shit. I only won because the cpu wanted me to win.

I distinctly recall you whining like a little bitch when Clinton Portis did to your defense what Silas Redd did to Rors' defense this game.

GG Rors. You really caught a lot of bad breaks. The holding call on 3rd and 1 was the dagger. I was trying to call defenses to get those turnover opportunities, but at least one of those picks was complete luck. The hitstick fumble was all me though. :)

Hah, yeah, that stick was pretty sweet. That INT was with my WR wide open lol... it just decided to go elsewhere.

gg! i would say it was about even. your qb missed a lot of easy throws. i was just guessing wrong all game.... kept guessing pass and you'd run, guess run and you'd pass, eventually i stopped guessing and stablilized my defense a little bit.

not sure wtf happened on that goalline play where your dude dropped it. i said wtf who was supposed to be covering him? then i picked a different goalline play which only blitzed 2 extra people and i didn't zoom out and sure enough he isn't covered again! you should have taken a timeout to get out of that 3 lineman set when i was running with the clock winding down but on the other hand i guess it would be foolish to take a timeout for someone who only has 1 left and 9 seconds or so

p.s. 13 play drive to start the game and you didn't get any points out of it was a killer too

Yeah, goal line is bugged. I love how it hit his head and bounced right off, though. That was supposed to be a comeback route and he just decided he would take a little spin.

The worst thing, though, are those plays where your defender would just rub up against my guy. Happens to me all the time too, but that's how I scored twice. The guy just decides to rub up against him and turn around. It's bad enough that everyone just bounces off most starting backs/qbs when the tackle animation decides to show up.

Your team has a lot of weapons?

I mean not that I'm saying YOU didn't play and get the win, but your tight end's out routes kept burning my guys so I had to double him, then I had to watch your quarterback's speed, and I also made some typical boneheaded throws.

Also I don't know what it was but your run defense was baaaaad in the first. I could have gained a few yards myself.

And on that final drive I think I just did some really dumb defensive playcalling. Was reeling even though I had just scored, I guess.

I'm not sure what point it was but I slammed my pillow so hard against my bed and I think I heard a crack. Hopefully that thing doesn't fall apart tonight and that my cat isn't sleeping under it if it does.

The whole 1st half from me was the same Assy way I've been playing. I couldn't do anything to stop you. Or get out of my own way on offense. Soooo many sacks. You played beautifully. That run down the sideline....

I thought I had found a formation you had problems with, and just ran with them (the 1-5-5 prowl and the double TE pistol)

Shouldn't have won, as I gave up early in the 2nd, and didn't think I could come back till well into the 3rd.


For others: I was down 24-0, and didn't score a point till 1:27 in the 2nd half.

Finally tied it with 6:00 in the fourth, went ahead with 1:28 left, then gave up a tying TD 42 seconds later, then score the winning TD with 4 seconds left.

I think those interceptions I threw in the first half were pretty fucking costly. Could have bought me more time and maybe 3 points at least if I just ran the god damn ball.

Oh well, if Livewire beats me next week at least he won't have the satisfaction of crushing 3 hearts in a row (since it's already happened)

i don't know i looked at some of those "missed" tackles and in a lot of instances it's what we asked for: no suction tackles. there was one where you busted out on that long TD and my OLB came around the pile and just took a bad angle and zoomed right in front of you with the missed tackle. in years past that is an unrealistic tackle with his momentum going forward but somehow he warps into you for the stop. definitely a few times where i think both of our guys could have gone after the tackle better. one my 20-ish yard run you tried to hit stick me and took yourself out of the play :D

also, we both had disgusting wide open drops by our TE's. but your qb missed some wide open throws for big gainers as well

On the KR, your dude just rubbed my dude like some perv trying to cop a feel on a girl on the subway. Same thing happened on one of the long runs. I'm not asking for suction tackles. I'm just asking for the animation to engage when it's supposed to. I see that it happens more on HBs and QBs, though. There was one missed sack where the guy just rubbed on me. If it was the AI, he would have had it for sure. Manual controlled guys don't get the benefit.

btw- I thought for sure your robo-qb would complete that pass with his back against the endzone on third down. Live had a few of those against me. One of them was for a long TD where my CB refused to turn around and one he shed a DT and a LB back to back. -_-

That QB run I had to start off was ridiculous too... lol QBs are untouchable!

It's the non suction hitsticks that are hurting us that are used to it. It used to be that a scrambling Qb was an easy fumble off a hitstick, now angular running makes it tough to line up that big hit on the Qb or any ball carrier really.
