This past week or so I've picked up Resident Evil 3 (PS4), Bomb Rush Cyberfunk (PS5), and Dragon's Crown (PS4 Steelbook Edition). Should hopefully also receive Dragon's Dogma 2 this Friday (or maybe tomorrow) as my copy shipped just now.

Besides Dragon's Dogma 2, which I mentioned I would be receiving in my last update, I have also picked up some other physical.

Three of them were in-store pickups (Everspace 2, Deep Rock Galatic and Ghostrunner 2), and the other two (Avicii and Harvestella) were from a past order that was delayed multiple times and finally arrived today.

My haul for the week. A bit more than I expected, but Mato Anomalies, Atlas Fallen, and Anno 1800 Console Edition were snagged at clearance prices.

Oh and I've been meaning to pick up Fate Samurai Remnant eventually so I was quite surprised that the PS4 physical was already €20 at the specialist store I buy my console games from.

And speaking of clearance, there's lots of current-gen Xbox games going on deep discounts here in Europe so I'll most likely continue to buy more XSX physicals.

Todays bits & bobs from japan. A mix of alsorts of hobby stuff.
D4cpGd2.jpg

A few of the missing shmups i was wanting to pick up and puzzle bobble and the superdeluxe release of trip world.
3PuLwRx.jpg

Couple of guidebooks for both V1&2 of dragon quest X offline as it's handy to have access to full colour maps and other useful info without having to switch back and forth between tv & switch to look at online wiki. Plus the guidebooks have some codes for exclusive dlc
bGeCoWO.jpg

A case of puyo puyo gummies, all soda flavours plus carbuncle is randomly in certan bags as miracle fruit flavoured whatever that it lol
hSjeqLP.jpg

Random bits of UFO catcher DQ merch, a slime knight desk duster, a slime tower pepper mill for the kitchen. A metal slime bell and a hand foam dispenser that deposits a slime shaped blob of foam in your hand when you press down the top, that one is heading into the bathroom with the others in there.

For decades i have wanted one of these kenshin dragon quest plug n plays, totally forgot it existed till i saw them pop up on amazon brand new for £12 for that price how could i say no as it looks a lot of fun, Picked up a 2nd memory card for it while they were available.

Tears of Nintendo
Dark Souls III and Sekiro artbooks (hardcover + supercover), new large mouse pad, exceptional Montech's MKey Darkness 104 keys keyboard and 8bitDo's Controller (SO MUCH BETTER than Switch Pro controller! Also planning to buy dark purple one at some point with Xbox layout).

mU7qDNO.jpeg

I can't stress enough just how amazing Montech's keyboard is. Sure, it doesn't have dedicated media control buttons, you can't customize the volume wheel and there's no wrist rest (all writs rests are terrible anyways, getting destroyed relatively fast unless they're made out of wood and you need to buy them separately so...), but it has excellent PBT keycaps out of the box with amazing finish, build quality (even though the outside frame is not metal) and noise dampening is off the charts, switches are great, there's key and switch pooler and a few PBT keycaps with different design in the box, the cable is detachable, braided, Type-C, everything stored in the onboard memory so there's no bloat/spyware on your PC which is always conflicting with games and such (Fuck YOU, Razer! Never again!) and all of this costs only ~$100. Literally the best keyboard I ever owned and I can't wait to see what they'll do with the mice which I'm sure it's in the works already and I desperately need to get rid of my almost 10 year old G502.

Finally picked up DQ monsters 3 as i was in the mood for yet more dragon quest fun, now that's pretty much every single DQ game for the switch bought. Also the amiibo from the uk nintendo store reprint blowout turned up.

Been wanting this specific pikmin one for years but i refused to pay the insane price markup of nearly £100 even for a used one. So much nicer to get them for their £12.99 price.

Couple more arrivals, princess peach showtime & broforce from amazon and then later on my copy of shinorubi turned up off ebay.
Cm2G2fw.jpg

With shinorubi thats my 477th switch game now, it's madness how big the switch library is. When i was still getting DS stuff by the time i had reached 400 games i was literally sifting through the sea of shovelware garbage to find the last few bits of gold. With switch i haven't even begun to do that with whats released over all 3 regions, still just grabbing new stuff & stuff i originally missed.

Couple of arrivals waiting for me when i got home from work. Another cult of the lamb figure as i love this figure series, they are really good sculpts from youtooz. Also a physical of donut dodo it really shouldn't exist as it's not a high seller type of game to warrant a physical as it can be literally finished in 20 mins and there's only 5 stages to it the game is tiny and yet someone loves it enough to save it from been lost from the eshop when it eventually closes down, another solid indie game i really like been kept for good.

Some of the physicals I've ordered recently have arrived earlier today. :)

Worth mentioning that I already have all 3 Dishonored games physically on PS4, but picked them up on Xbox as well as they run better since they're FPS boosted titles on Series X.

today just a few domestic pickups here. Grow i already had a few days but saw revita on a youtube vid & it looks fun as i like roguelikes, desolatium is another i picked up at random as it looks intriguing but that one i need to be in the mood to play as it's pretty grim. And i grabbed a ninja storm game there's loads on switch but very few are physical releases, have all of them on older systems but wanted something i can take portable with me as the fighting is really fun.

Another parcel with a mix of stuff ther's a couple of domestics in there but rest are fresh from japan. Overdriven evolution was a random purchase as it looks like a fun shmup and amazon japan had it up for preorder direct from them. Also grabbed a little figure display case and some more new gacha releases.

Mama hid my game had a small deck of trading cards inside which was a nice bonus and amazon bundled some diecut paper mario masking tape with the game but it will go into the preorder freebies box to be saved as there's no way i could bring myself to use it.

The figure case is tiny and it will hold some stuff either certain amiibo or gacha as it has to be pretty small to fit it in. It has a rechargeable battery in the lid so it can light up and display whatever is in it. comes with a few foam disks to lift up smaller figures so they are more prominent can even use sound to turn the light on if you want. Tried it with my link amiibo but i'm going to keep my metal slime in it permanently. Not a bad little case for around £13

This months gacha are some of my faves especially the haniwa excavation set, think they are my fave of the year so far. They feel rather nostalgic as they are made from harder plastic and come in old retro 100yen style capsules they are tiny. Each capsule has a few parts in it but the beauty comes when you have a full set as you can assemble it in many different configurations to make a fun diarama.

Will need to blutack the bits together as they slide all over as they are very light but it looks neat assembled.
jd0PDu3.jpg

Some more sushi figures for the collection there's another sushi set but i skipped getting all those out and set up for a pic so i just snapped these.
vUR3jqh.jpg

And that's it for a couple of weeks have one more parcel due to send off but have mostly caught up with imports until the stuff i have on preorder drops.
