Is there a solid group of PC players here? I checked the OP and didn't see anything. Would like to have some people to tag along with instead of solo queuing.

I'm still waiting for Zarya to get a skin that is based off of Aliens Jenette Vasquez.

I am glad that Zarya has got a sweet Epic and Legendary from the Summer Games and Winter Wonderland event. Here's hoping she get's some more.

i think she's pretty fun but she dies too easily and does nothing against some strong picks right now.

there are some really good plays you can make with the boop, even discounting pulling people off ledges. i had a really good 4-man boop into rein shatter yesterday, and pulling people into barrage or hanzo ult is great too.

I'm not sure about Orisa. I can do massive damage with her (I had over 20k in one game) but I also get shredded with her.

On another note, I'm starting to play Zarya a bit more. I think I'm starting to get the hang of her.

She gets easily shredded when she is ganged up on by two or more people. She gets shredded by dives and reapers. I'm not sure she fits anywhere in the current meta over any of the other tanks tbh. But she is fun to play at times. So I don't know either.

I was also playing her with shit QP teammates. One was even a bronze player. I don't know how that happened since I'm Diamond but that probably clouds my judgement on Orisa a bit right now.

I did really well with her when I had a Mercy on my team. Otherwise, not so much.

I should probably try comp, but it still intimidates me so I stick to QP. Mostly solo too, lol. I have no clue where I'd be in terms of ranking.

I played around with Orisa a bit in training. I like her gun a lot but also could see a lot of bad players taking her into Ilios Well/Lighthouse or Nepal's sanctum and spending the whole match trying to graviton people off edges while otherwise being useless.

Unless if you played the Demoman a lot back in TF2, it's an easy transition and you can clean shop with Junkrat. Played with a fella who was just that, and it was pretty wicked to see him destroying Diamond-Master players in ways I wouldn't think of using Junkrat's grenade launcher.

I think it would be interesting if Junkrat had less splash, a slightly higher projectile velocity to increase his range and rely less on bouncing, and 25 extra damage per shot. Reduce the damage and cooldown of his concussion mine to encourage using it as a movement ability and replace his trap with something that actually requires you to be a player in the game. I wish I had enough control over setting in customs to adjust these things.

Just had one of the most clutch Comp games of my life. Eichenwald, I was Lucio on attack, Zen on defense (we had another Mercy main on the team that was very good). In overtime on the 3rd point, I kept booping people off and managing to move the cart one inch at a time. A clutch rez kept it going and we actually finished the map, against pretty much all odds. Then an all-around great defense with some great Rez's and we got the W.

Topped 3800 and my boops were appreciated. Hit a 69% win rate for the season, up 800SR since placements. The GM Dream is still real. =D

I haven't tried Eichenwald on PTR, but I share a similar disdain for point A.

The two most exciting Competitive games I've ever played have both been on that map, but still, fuck A.

It's just one of those days. Having our Mercy block your shots, standing on the point with no help, can't get people to shoot at Pharah, kill their healers, no healers as the tank, etc.

I feel your pain. Had a group of 4, with me and another guy soloing. They all choose DPS and a Hanzo. One of them pops into team chat, tells us to play Rein and Ana, and goes back to group chat.
The other Solo guy says, "No hable Inglais." and chooses Roadhog. I choose Zen. Not a peep from the group.
We actually ended up almost winning, but that's a bad way to go about business if you're in a group.

Person in chat wants me to get off Zenyatta because they "average 20,000 healing" with him.

They have 16,000 total on the season so far and a high of 11,000/average 6,000 last season.

Having the absolute worst time comp this season, going on 2-14 with those 10 of those losses in a row. I honestly don't know what to do. I took breaks every few losses but pretty much every game has been a blowout and not because of people throwing or leaving. I was hoping to at least stay in Master this season but at this rate I'll be hitting Silver. :/
