So for someone who might get a Pro today, are these the steps that I need to take in order to ensure I don't run into any problems?
1. Buy Pro, sign into my PSN profile. Start data transfer with old PS4.
2. Once data transfer is complete, make Pro Pro primary console, deactivate old PS4 and reset to factory settings?
After that, will I be able to go?
Uhhh, black crush?
Are they fucking joking right now come on. Five fucking hours?
Yeah i did ... looks like a faulty one
Maybe we are not watching it on a HDR screen?

I think you can just do the transfer first, but be sure to deactivate your previous console. Then do the rest.
To me it did a little, yeah.I heard people say the colors pop a bit more too. Did you notice that too?
Does your switch support 1gbit LAN? There is no way it should be that slow. Mine took 87 minutes for 611GB
Anyone want to post a pic of their DS4?
The increase in resolution is evident on Drake.
Feels nice having a new controller, made me realise my current one was falling to bits!
Took me 90 minutes to transfer 350GB - are you using a gigabit LAN cable?
Quick question
Do I need to deactivate my old PS4 first? Or set up the Pro and then deactivate the old one? Or will making my Pro the Primary auto deactivate the old one? thanks!

Ps4 Pro brethren who know a bit about power. I need your help. So the Pro brings a kettle power cord, but it doesn't have a ground. I need a second power cable because I actually move the console from room to room but have cables waiting wherever I move it to. I can't find kettle power cables that don't have a ground. Is it possible to simply break the ground prong that goes into the wall outlet and use it that way?
Yeah it's a noticeable upgrade. Remember when you couldn't even switch to the home screen while in game and it freezes and keeps lagging for ages? That's almost gone. It's never a good idea to switch while a game is loading or something similar but the upgrade is real. Very snappy.
I have the Ku6300
Running through a Denon 4k Recekived with HDCP 2.2
PS4 pro is saying my tv doesn't support HDR when it in fact does.
Confused...
Sending an HDR signal or settings the color space to native will not give you a wider color gamut.
Looking at Rtings page on KU6300 it states:
No idea if that matters or not.

Anyone else getting corrupted data or is it just me ? I uninstalled Uncharted 4 now and will install another game.
I still could play UC4, which was weird.
I tried activating HDR on my 1080p TV
I don't know what I thought would happen

No need to break anything, just use the second cord as is. The PS4 Pro does not have a ground pin so connection is not used.
