I'm going to laugh if the commercial is about Romney keeping his policies offshore in a blind trust.
It was probably the world-wide socialist conspiracy. You can spot them because they have healthcare coverage.I didn't. But one of you guys must have just deleted it.

And it's also funny it claims equal pay for women has been achieved while democrats are starting a political fight over the issue as we speak. The Lily Ledbetter act did not create equal pay.
Obama's new campaign slogan a common Marxist term. Who's surprised...

For using the word 'forward'?You're saying it's not intentional? I highly doubt it wasn't discussed.

Look. Obama's campaign slogan has already been added to the list of socialist uses of "forward".
We should have a real Marxist candidate, for educational reasons if nothing else.
For using the word 'forward'?
You going full retard man?
It's a fucking word, used by pretty much everyone, all the time.
Do I really need to google Reagan Forward for you?
Do maybe want a whois of forward.com?
You need pics?
Dude, admit it was a stupid post and let's move on.
If the GOP actually takes the stance of it being a Marxist term and attack Obama for THAT, they have officially gone fucking crazy (again). Use the term against him semi-effectively like some of the hashtags floating around now... "look #forward to high gas prices!"
A marxist attack will just make independents roll their eyes, as they already do when someone tries to attack Obama on religion and the like.
Just like this, amirite?
Romney directly won't. Expect it to be the Drudge headline tomorrow or something though

I feel that whole point has been overplayed a bit in the recent years.Reagan was a socialist by conservative standards of today so you might want to be careful in considering him for "conservative" examples. Just saying.....
And it's also funny it claims equal pay for women has been achieved while democrats are starting a political fight over the issue as we speak. The Lily Ledbetter act did not create equal pay.
Since you brought it up, what exactly is the difference between the two bills? Serious quesiton.
Or, as Ripclawe puts it, "an invasion of privacy of men by women."
Chris Christie may be fat, but he aint Santa Claus. In fact, he seems unable to decide if he is New Jerseys governor or its caporegime, and it may be a comment on the coarsening of American discourse that his brash rudeness is often taken for charm. In February, while discussing New Jerseys newly amended income-tax law, which allows the rich to pay less (proportionally) than the middle class, Christie was asked about Warren Buffetts observation that he paid less federal income taxes than his personal secretary, and that wasnt fair. He should just write a check and shut up, Christie responded, with his typical verve. Im tired of hearing about it. If he wants to give the government more money, hes got the ability to write a checkgo ahead and write it.
Well, seeing from your posts, Trish is clearly more intelligent than you, along with likely being much more accomplished.
Yes, I am Trish Regan and I'm typing on GAF as I'm live on the air here at Bloomberg TV...
I was simply pointing out the hypocrisy of someone with very little financial industry and economics insight calling someone else with quite a bit of financial industry and economics insight "dumb as bricks." Either Oblivion should admit to being "dumber than bricks" or research Ms. Regan's career a bit and his retract his statement.
Poe's law.
Oh, no, wait, The Washington Times, yes, they are that stupid.
Ask yourself this - had a Republican did the same, would you have been happy?
Stephen King's "Tax Me for Fuck's Sake" article has it's own thread, but it points out something I've thought of frequently.
Seriously, Christie is an unprofessional dickhead and I have absolutely no clue how someone in public office is allowed to talk the way he does without anyone thinking much of it. He's rude and condescending and seems incapable of behaving the way a governor or potential future presidential candidate should.
New Jersey's gonna be so happy when he's gone. And its only a matter of time before Cory Booker, aka Super Mayor, becomes Guvna of NJ.

NJ likes Christie, and by the time he's done their economy will be improving alongside the nation's, and he'll take credit when he jumps on the nation scene. I definitely think he has to lose some weight just to show voters he can, but people seem to like his brash personality.
He's also friends with Christie.
New Jersey fucked its last great governor (Jim Florio) pretty hard.
The 8-minute Forward ad was good. The huge list of accomplishments should become a staple of Obama's campaign ads; group them into themes for each spot, and roll through a few at the end of each ad. And remind people that the GOP was not only opposed to it all, they'd like to reverse it all.
I don't really see Christie as a credible national candidate. He plays perfectly into NJ demographics and Tea Party conservatives -- because of his style but that's about as far as it goes. He's too abrasive for the wider Republican party and too rude for the media not to crucify him on a regular basis.
Along with the faces of change series they have going on, cut into ad length. That would be good too.
I don't know which media you follow. The MSM LOVES Christie. They think his abrasive behavior against constituents at times constitutes real talk and he is telling them like it is.
If Obama acted that way, they would of course label him as the Angry Black Man.
Bull. They work together because they have to, but I don't buy them being friends for a minute. Maybe "colleagues."
They both like charter schools. They both like Michelle Rhee.
That's enough.
Oh yeah, there's also this:

I'm not sure I follow you. I don't pretend to know anything about educational reform in the country, just because a woman seems (or maybe is) anti-union does not mean they're degrading educational reform. Also, woopdifuckingdo, Booker and Christie spoke at an event together, and they shook hands. That's nothing in the political world.
You actually look at Booker and his accomplishments as a leader in Newark, and they're astounding. He's a great political figure and has a great future.

RE: Romney killing OBL.
So, from what I've seen of the Romney campaign's response to Obama's attacks, he's tried to save face by saying that he would have given the same order to do so that the Chairman did. But here's my question. What are the odds that a hypothetical President Romney would even GET the chance to make such a decision? Unless I'm mistaken, Mittens, McCain and all the other righties had their focus on Iraq. Part of the reason we were able to get Bin Laden was because Obama shifted focus from Iraq BACK to Afghanistan and taking on Al Qaeda. If Romney were president, would he have made that shift? If we're to take his comments during the debates at face value, then the answer would be "no".
